Although I didn't get the item I was seeking, the company was very approachable, quick to respond to emails and were pleasant, conciliatory, extremely helpful and subsequently, satisfactorily, resolved the situation.

Had a tracking issue so sent email

Within 24 hours issue was resolved then when item delivered a follow up email.

Ordered a few clothing items in June. Still awaiting more than a month later in July. Still haven't sent them. Keep referring to a "software" issue.

I work in software, I get it, issues happen. But the fact you don't have a workaround for trying to get the customer their items after a long time, is just nonsense.

Customer service has been apologetic but refuse to give you timelines or a rough ETA to getting the order which seems very avoidant and irresponsible when I directly asked.

Waiting over 31 days for a dispatch even is ridiculous. Have asked for a refund so we'll see where it goes.

Awful. Pre Ordered two Ultramarine helmets and got strung along for a year to then be told its no longer being produced.

Ordered a dice bag and mug for a friend 10 days before their birthday in June…no communication at all but money immediately taken. Emailed customer support on the 11th day to be told there had been a ‘bug’ in the system causing printing errors, which was being sorted that day funnily enough (yet nobody communicated this, I had to chase). I have now waited a further 16 days without follow up communication so emailed customer services again to be told this time it’s an ‘ongoing’ system issue still trying to be resolved!!! Customer services refuse to send a copy of the complaints procedure or escalate to anyone higher so have demanded a refund if not sent out in next 7 days which will make it over a month since ordering. Absolutely shocking!!! Starting to think they’re running some sort of scam…Avoid at all costs!!!

Customer assistance is great! Some items had problems to be shipped and the assistance always helped me also with the total refund of the items that never arrived. Fast and good.

I ordered three items on June 6, 2026; A Thousand Sons notebook, TS hoodie, and TS sweatshirt. It came today on July 10, 2026. The long shipping time didn’t surprise me, considering it was coming from the UK to Canada.
The notebook and sweatshirt were both perfect - excellent quality, beautiful designs just as the pictures, and I was extremely happy with them.
However, the hoodie that I got was incorrect. Instead of receiving a TS hoodie, I got a Dark Angels hoodie instead. I emailed support right away, not expecting a response until Monday at the earliest considering I sent my email on Friday. To my pleasant surprise, I did receive a reply the same day just hours later. Not only that, but they had went ahead and placed an order for the correct hoodie before even reaching out to me. The customer service I experienced is enough to warrant a 5 star review alone. However, I’m also really pleased with the quality of the merchandise - even the incorrect one. The notebook looks just as beautiful as it did in the pictures, and both the hoodie and sweatshirt are well made, pretty comfortable, and the graphics on them are clear and crisp.
All in all, I’m extremely happy with my experience, even despite the mixup, and I will be ordering from here again.

Will never use again. First order got "lost" communications are terrible, and considering a lot of products are paid months in advance I'd expect better.

Final straw was pre-ordering 4 items (again months in advance for a not insignifcant amount of money) 3 eventually turned up and was told the 4th was now unavailable!
There was little point in having the 3 without the 4th but i could no longer be bothered dealing with all the hassle so just kept them.
There were months of emails seeking updates, clarificaitons, and refunds.
The office ladies were good in responding and sorting refunds as quickly as they could, that's the only positive I can give for this company.
Bottom line they take your money, months in advance, with little communication in between, slipping delivery dates (and they slip by months) and often what you ordered doesn't arrive.
I will never give them any money again based on these absymal experiences, I've never had anyting this bad in years from any company.
It's a shame because the few products I did (eventually) end up receiving were good quality, but the sheer amount of hassle and frustration to get them is not worth it at all.

I ordered a pin a t-shirt and a hoodie. The pin arrived in late June and the t-shirt arrived a few days ago in early July. The hoodie is missing. I have sent an email to the customer service link provided on the website and still have not heard back.

I bought six Warhammer 40000 t-shirts from Merch.warhammer.com. The shirts are excellent quality as is the quality of the prints.
I did have a couple of delivery issues. The first delivery went missing because an Evri driver (filling in for the day) faked all their deliveries and stole everything. I contacted Merch.warhammer.com and they issued a replacement order free of charge.
Unfortunately, when the replacement package arrived, it only had five shirts, not the six I ordered.
I contacted Merch.warhammer.com again to ask where the sixth shirt was and they must have found it unpacked because instead of taking a couple of weeks to print and then deliver the shirts, this one was in the mail the same day, and was delivered the day after that.
So, all in all it was a bit if a roller coaster, but I have received all six shirts and they are all top quality.
I have also purchased t-shirts from Merch.warhammer.com a couple of times before and didn't have any problems, so hopefully this was a one-off, and the contact process was fairly painless - I had to wait a couple of days for a response the first time, but the replacement was issued without any quibbling. And the response to my second email came 17 minutes after I sent it, and dispatch confirmation a couple of hours later.
It wasn't their fault a delivery driver decided to steal everything, and they did everything they could to fix the issue as fast as possible. Especially quickly after the second issue.
I will be ordering from them in future, and hopefully everything will go a lot smoother next time.

I ordered a hat from the website and waited 7 days for it to arrive. When it was delivered it was delivered to the wrong address and I had to recover it. When I opened i was very disappointed for it be the wrong hat. I've contacted support. They offered to replace it with the correct item or i could keep it and receive a partial refund. I choose to keep the item. Support is very good.
