Great product, love the design and great fix. Would buy from again and shipping was fast

I received an incomplete product on September 21st 2025, and I sent an email to their support on the same day to notify them of the issue.
I got an answer from an AI bot confirming the issue and they offered to send me a replacement. I responded with my shipping details and they never got back to me.
It is now November 7th, and after sending four more emails I still haven't heard back from them.
[Updated] They finally got in touch with me and refunded my purchase on November 11th.

Always love the fit and quality of the clothing. Fast reliable shipping as well . Love it !

Shipped to the wrong address, but the shirt is cool

Ordered a few times. Quality excellent, honestly have no issues

A little mishap and their immediate Fixing of it.

The overall order was great and what was not great, they immediatly remedied. one of the merch items hat some loose Seams, so they promptly sent over a new one of the same.

Very disappointing experience
Ordered a hoodie for around £50 (size large) but it fit more like a medium and had poor screen print quality - so I returned it for an exchange. While waiting, the same hoodie went on sale for £33.
Customer service said they couldn’t refund the difference but could cancel and refund so I could reorder at the lower price. I agreed immediately and reordered — but 4 days later they sent an email saying they have sent replacement anyway and refused the refund. Now I’m stuck waiting for two hoodies to be delivered and out of pocket. Really poor customer service and communication. Puts a bad taste on a lifelong fan. Won’t purchase again and advise others not to either.

The shirt is well made, but a bit too short for my frame.

Customer service is awesome and effective, there has been some delay due to the fact it was an international order, I'm moving in 2 weeks and was worried I wouldn't receive my order in time, I contacted customer services, I got an answer shortly after and they fixed everything for me, I received my order before moving from my place, I'm grateful and satisfied, thank you 🙏

la maglietta ha un costo abbastanza alto per la qualità del tessuto e della stampa e non c'era specificato che si doveva pagare al ritiro euro 20 per i dazi per la merce proveniente da uk, alla fine la maglietta mi è costata quasi euro 60, è un po' tanto, e devo dire che 4 settimane per l'arrivo della merce è un po' tanto come tempo, non penso che comprero' ancora da questo sito

Good quality and true to product description

Arrived quickly and good quality.

I ordered 4 items (2x t-shirts, poster and dice bag). Only received poster - the other items hasn't even been sent. Customer service is a joke. they do not reply to emails, only once when I informed them that i received only one item from my order. they claim that they have sent two separate parcels but only sent one tracking number (for the poster). no further notification, no care for customer. Overpriced items. Total scam. Never to order again! Avoid at any cost!

I ordered a T-Shirt in August and never received any notification or update about my order. Three weeks later I E-Mailed the store about it and the reply was underwhelming. They claimed to have contacted me a week prior that this particular shirt was out of stock. I never received an E-Mail and I looked everyhwere for it (Spam, etc.). At least they offered me a refund, which I took. The cancelation went through without any complications.

I then looked at store website and saw, that this T-Shirt is still up for sale! Why not take it down? I love warhammer and this Shirt was the only one I wanted. I am very disappointed.

The customer service is abysmal, their pre order system is even worse. It’s one thing to pre order and wait for the release but when the date continues to move and there is no definite answer to a release date or when to expect your product it’s shocking, I’m not holding much faith in the quality of the product
