WHEEW! Looks like I just saved myself money and a heap of anger. I’m suspicious of all callers and even people I dial out if it’s a letter coming from mail- the letters they sent me were set up to look like they came from the DMV/MVD which was the first red flag because of you aren’t trying to scam me why make up false expectations JUST TO GET ME ON THE PHONE AND PITCH THOSE OUTBOUND CALLS TO ME. When he answered first thing I wanted to establish was WHO I was talking with is he dmv or not and he admitted he was with a company called merit and then said my “factory warranty” had ended and this so called “coverage was going to fully end if I didn’t renew in 5 days” yet he couldn’t tell me when it ended….mmmmhuh,sure buddy. But I’ll admit it sounds fkin great for someone who takes pride in their car…and wants it to run well ya ALMOST had me, but then I took a moment to just google them while he was on speaker because those false flags they sent via mail just called it out to me and we’ll waddaya know?! BOOM The BBB says 1 star and more than 3 bad reviews on here and the rest sound like a bunch of bot reviews. He admitted it was a sales pitch at the end when I said “ let me do research because the fact you try to play off like this is something urgent by mail only to get me on the phone sounds like a scam/sales call” I’ve been in sales calls so I can call it out thankfully.

DONT BUY IT PPL ALWAYS ALWAYS ALLLLWAAYSS BE SUSPICIOUS ABOUT ANY NUMBERS REGARDLESS OF WHERHER UR CALLING THEM OR THEYRE CALLING YOU UNLESS THEYRE FAMILY/FRIENDS OR YOU CAN GUARANTEE THE NUMBER WITH A FULLY LEGITAMITE WEBSITE/REVIEWS (AND DOO READ THEM SEE IF YOU CAN FIND PATTERNS IN THE “good” REVIEWS AND IF THE BAD REVIEWS ARE SIMILAR YOU SHOULD KNOW RIGHT AWAY WHAT UR DEALING WITH)

AND PEOPLE PLEEEEASSE DONT BE AFRAID TO TELL WHOEVER UR SPEAKING WITH TO GIVE YOU A MOMENT SO YOU CAN GOOGLE THE PHONE NUMBER REVERSE NUMBER SEARCH,WEBSITES WHATEVER IT TAKES. DONT LETTEM PUSH YOU THEYLL TRY TO TELL YOU THINGS LIKE IF YOU SIGN UP RN ILL GIVE YOU MINEY OFF THEYLL TELL U WHATEVER U WANT TO HEAR JUST TO GET THAT COMMISSION.

first call was a disaster. Forgot the person I that was working with me. Went through the process and at the end when she was going to give me the information to submit the documents needed to move forward with the claim. She instead said, "have a good day" and hung up the phone without giving me the any info. I had to call back and then got Sherilyn on the phone which was 5 stars from start to finish. She got the info I needed to move forward with the claim. You need more people like Sherilyn on your team. She was great.

I have NEVER been treated so rudely as I have by the only 2 people that they let handle the customers that want to cancel their warranty. If they are that driven not to refund ANY part of a warranty I purchased 6 months ago. It is obvious on how paying a claim would go. If I hadn't recorded how they handled me all 4 times I called, some people wouldn't believe me. I have never taken the time to report poor service, but this company is so bad that I should face blame if I didn't attempt to warm the public. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I GUARANTEE IT WILL END POORLY.

Worst all around experience ever with pushy sales people and terribly rude customer service. They were mean on the phone told me that I would have to hold extra if I wanted to cancel. Took forever. Amazingly poor!
