I have been doing my homework on finding the right option for my shop design and install. Metal America was one of many I have consulted with. In the end, it came down to the service my representative provided. John was always available, professional and transparent. I had concrete poured through MA and they provided the exact shop I was looking for. The quality of the shop is absolutely amazing. I'll be recommending them to anyone in need of a metal building.

With so many companies and options popping up all over the U.S. I finally narrowed my search to a company that had a very user-friendly website to navigate through. They have a BBB page attached which is huge to me when picking a company to work with and their testimonials from past and present clients swayed my choice. From start to finish the process was transparent and very informative. My overall experience with the Metal America team has truly left me satisfied.

The building quality is excellent. The framing and sheet metal are heavy-duty and built to last, and everything was installed exactly as promised. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure the structure was square, secure, and properly anchored.

Communication was consistent throughout the process. Any questions I had about site prep, slab requirements, wind ratings, or upgrades were answered clearly and honestly. There were no surprises with pricing or timelines.

I had a great experience working with Metal America from start to finish. The communication was clear, the pricing was straightforward, and the entire process was handled professionally.

The building quality is outstanding — heavy-duty steel framing, strong 12-gauge ladder legs, and 26-gauge roof and siding panels. You can tell they don’t cut corners. Delivery and installation were smooth, and everything was completed as promised.

What really stood out was the follow-up and customer service. They were responsive, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in the investment.

The knowledge that my Metal America sales rep had about my building was impressive. On top of that, they handled everything from concrete to the building. I was provided all the necessary plans so getting the permit was a breeze.

If i could leave a negative star I would.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this metal building contractor. After taking my down payment, they completely failed to follow up or communicate about the status of my project. Every time I tried reaching out, I was met with rude telephone etiquette and was constantly passed off to someone else who never resolved anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional service.
My husband and I signed a contract with this company in August, it is now January 7th and we have yet to have a metal building set up.
Save yourself the time and money and find the concrete and building suppliers yourself. This company only "hires" the concrete and building for you, they do not build anything themselves. You will be the one to continuously have to follow up, ask where your project is in the set up and a lot of headaches.

Avoid these thieves.
I was pressured into a deposit.
I told the sales rep the construction was contingent on city approval. In writing he said the deposit would be refunded if the city did not approve it, which they didn’t.

After dozens of messages and calls they refuse to honor what their rep put in writing to me. Horrible ethics and deplorable customer service. Thieves.

As I said, I have it in writing.

I don't know how it got so many 5 stars on this. These guys are the worst...I paid them $13904 as deposit for Turnkey home. They selected and paid 5k from that deposit I paid them to a united metal structure. Later on the GC they recommended found that structure doesn't meet the county guidelines. They have kept me waited for almost 6 months to give me an alternative option which are
1. I need to pay 100k more for a wood structure
2. I need to pay $35k more for a different metal structure

Hearing this I told them both options are out of my budget. I asked for a refund...then I haven't got a proper response for couple of months. After trying to reach multiple people finally they gave a shitty take it or leave it deal which half of deposit. I lost 7k for a mistake done by their employee. I won't recommend these guys at all.
