MetaWin froze my account (User ID: 84e9f058) and is holding $38,000 USD of my balance. When I asked customer support for an explanation, they provided zero evidence or explanation, simply stating it was a "management decision." I have operated strictly within their Terms of Service. I had an extremely disappointing experience with MetaWin’s Web3 deposit system.

I connected my Base Web3 wallet through the MetaWin website and completed a crypto deposit exactly as instructed. The platform recognized my wallet, populated the required purchase amount, and I approved the transaction. The blockchain confirms that the transaction was successfully completed.

However, my MetaWin account was never credited.

When I contacted support, I was told there was no Web3 wallet linked to my account at the time of the transaction, despite the fact that the transaction originated through MetaWin’s own Web3 deposit flow. I asked multiple times for a technical explanation of how a Web3 transaction could be initiated through the platform if no wallet was linked, but I never received a direct answer.

To make matters worse, I was informed that I would have to pay a $5 recovery fee before their Finance Team would even review my transaction, and that recovery requests are generally reviewed only once per week. I found that process unreasonable, especially for a platform handling cryptocurrency deposits.

While researching the issue, inside their chat, I also noticed SEVERAL other users reporting similar problems with crypto deposits not being credited, which made me question whether this was an isolated incident. They offer web3 but their will disconnect wallet immediately after the deposit and they’ll claim that the transaction never happened although you have the Txid and everything else. Their finance team can only handle those escalations on Fridays that they’re scam me ass sites messed up, and you have to pay for the recovery on their behalf, even though all the proof is sitting right there in front of their face.

I hope my issue is resolved, and if it is, I will gladly update this review to reflect that outcome. Until then, I cannot recommend depositing cryptocurrency through this platform based on my experience.

MetaWin’s promise of instant payouts is a joke. I played blackjack for a couple of hours and won only $70 USD, and I was unable to “withdrawl” my funds, which includes $370 USD of deposits.

I ran up the balance a little bit on slots to have $500 USD total. When i try to withdrawl, the withdrawl button does nothing.

I contacted support and Leonardo told me “my account is under review and we’ll respond in due course” yesterday, and still haven’t heard anything.

I heard stories of this crypto casino stealing money from users and shutting them down, and this is completely unacceptable.
