For the last couple of months MetaWin heavily promoted a 4 million airdrop for users who played and earned consistently. Many of us grinded hard expecting to be properly rewarded for our loyalty.
Today they announced that 1 million (25%) of that airdrop will now go to the top 1,000 players who grind the hardest over the next 7 days. While 3 million is still being distributed, redirecting a full quarter of the rewards away from the loyal base that helped build the platform feels like a slap in the face.
This change punishes the players who stuck with them long-term in favor of short-term volume grinders. It’s a disappointing bait-and-switch tactic that kills trust.
I expected better from MetaWin. Very unhappy with how they’re treating their community.
Would I recommend MetaWin? No

Complete scam. Stay far away.

If you want to be defrauded by profit retention algorithms and deepfake CGI technology you would be hard pressed to find a better website to to lose money. They don't use legitimate odds they use profit retention techniques. Obviously they will deny that but unfortunately it's the exact truth of things. 💯

Never install there wallet extention. It will drain all your extension wallets. Even after that, they did not let me cash out and force my to withdraw to the hacked wallet. And directly the money went away.

Was a good experience until they suddenly told me my account was under review. Shortly after they removed all access to my account without any email. I can’t get ahold of them in any way. I never touched the sports betting on the casino so I’m not sure how I could’ve done anything wrong. They never even asked for verification or anything just can’t even login anymore whatsoever. Very rude they banned me because I got an email saying that I will be getting 10Sc and 10,000 GC and I only got 10,000 GC contact support on the app and on Telegram and they blocked me and won’t give me a reason. Do not trust these people false advertisement in customer service is very rude.

I've played on MetaWin for around 8–10 months and have wagered a significant amount during that time. I've used most of the site's features, including casino games, promotions, bonuses, and community events.

To give credit where it's due, the Discord moderators and support staff are generally friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, my experience changed when problems involved missing funds or disputed balances.

On multiple occasions, money disappeared from my account balance without explanation. Despite providing screenshots, bet history, and detailed reports, support never accepted responsibility, apologised, or offered compensation. That alone seriously damaged my trust in the platform.

Another issue is transparency. MetaWin advertises that all games run at the highest RTP settings available from providers. Curious about this claim, I cross-checked several games against provider documentation and found that multiple titles were not operating at their highest available RTP settings. If even a few exceptions exist, the claim is misleading.

The bonus system is also among the weakest I've encountered. Even during periods of very high wagering activity, weekly rewards were often only a few dollars. Compared with competing casinos, the rewards feel extremely poor relative to the amount of money being wagered.

While others may have had positive experiences, mine has been overwhelmingly negative. Between unexplained balance issues, questionable marketing claims, and disappointing rewards, MetaWin is not a platform I can recommend.

RTP is well below average. It’s obvious the owner/operator of this online casino is more about what you can do for them and less about what they can do for you. Only reason I have two stars is because the deposits are quick but not shocking, couldn’t tell you about withdrawals. Out of 3 deposits I made $100 in total never hit enough to withdrawal. I’ll never be back.

I deposited about $200 and then used some prize fund balance to buy into a Friday draw which immediately took all of my real balance plus my prize fund balance. Wtf? I thought the buy in only used the prize fund balance? There was no mention it was going to cost me real money only showed how much it would cost with prize funds. What a rip off. Also, the wins don't seem to be consistent here at all. I think I am going to stop playing with these guys. The few times I did withdraw though, the process was fast, so at least there's that.

I noticed that some lag times, but ones explained it that my account balance was dropping a lot more than I should up during a few round losing cycle and eventually I start I went and booked into my bet history I saw they were looping losses of rounds of clusters of route of losses and reopening them into my history and double deducted from my account. I confronted him about it and they said he will. Here’s our back office real bad don’t worry about what’s on your portfolio whatever go by our back office that’s the correct history and I looked at it and it was completely made up fake something. I made it in a PowerPoint or a Microsoft Word document two seconds and said that’s your actual history go by that, but they waited a couple weeks still, my memory wasn’t good enough to recall what my actual bets word let it go for a little about a month and I confirm them again about it and I have before, and after pictures of my history, they started actually altering my history and changing it where they where they were deduct it and alternate from the from this morning where I was and then this evening when they said give us 12 hours to respond to you and they went and actually changed my bad history. I have proof and proof screenshot screen recordings, all of it and the communications tell me to go by with their back office is not by my actual history of my account.

I had an issue with their AI chat bot that didn’t open a ticket like it was supposed to, especially after telling the user it was done—unlucky. I had to “spam” the bot to finally get a human agent, and after that everything was smooth. They were way more patient and nicer than I was.

A 98% RTP only on some original games feels a bit low. :/

The prize feature feels designed to mislead users, so be careful before using it. There’s no confirmation, and they show a prize‑fund logo near the buy button, but the purchases actually come from your main balance.

Decent casino however the Friday Fire weekly prize draw isn’t transparent. The same people tend to win over the course of a 4 week period with an in house picker. I smell bullshit.

Had a recent issue with support where I won $1568 and they only credited my account with$79. They sent a reply showing the $79 win, which is not what I saw on my screen. Be careful, I thought they were better than this but clearly not.
