Great Site and Customer Service!
I did a free trial with MetroFax and the site was easy to use! Upon the end of my trial, I chatted electronically with Cherry who walked me through the cancellation process and offered me different plans which could work for my needs now or in the future. Great Assistance
I did not need to continue to use Metrofax and although I had difficulty in cancelling the membership (for non-use purposes), I was able to speak on Chat with Joke who gave me great assistance. I would recommend Metrofax to anyone who does a lot of faxing and needs this service.
