I was having a billing issue after I thought I had cancelled my account. I contacted customer service and Joke helped me out. I don't know if I will receive a full refund but I was treated very professionally and promptly. Joke did an outstanding customer service job, now we will see if MetroFax will be able to refund the amounts I feel I was overcharged. No matter the outcome, the customer service was excellent.

I had a great experience with Joke on the chat support.
I can't say I had a great experience with MetroFax in general in the week or more prior to chatting with Joke. When I tried their support email about porting a number, their automated system kept sending me an automated reply that incorrectly assumed I was asking about canceling my MetroFax service. No how many times I tried to email back to clarify that they were not addressing my issue, I never heard back from anyone. That cost me over a week in getting my number ported and almost forced me to pay another bill to the phone service I was canceling. Whole point was to port before the service cancelled.

Changing my email account and visa billing # was a breeze. My only complaint was being #1 in line for live chat yet waiting nearly 10 minutes to get someone to chat with. Other than that I've been very happy with Metrofax which I have used for many years.

Solid mobile office fax service!
Solid, stable, always there. I have been using Metrofax for over five years. As the service has grown, so has the utility of the user-interface on both desktop and mobile platforms. Very useable. It has become practically indispensable and part of my daily workflow. The ability to send professional fax even from my phone has been an incredibly useful service. Highly recommend.
And customer support is consistently helpful. Chat support very good, especially Lyra @ support. Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, fast!

My rating is for total service.
I loved that I could just take images of the fax that I wanted to fax and simply send it through MetroFax app. Very easy to use!
My only dislike is for the cancelling. The only option is to either call or chat. No other quick way to do it yourself.
Chatting with Lucena was great, quick and was also told about reducing the monthly cost. Which would have been great but I have a fax machine and I don’t send or receive faxes often to have to pay monthly for the service.
Otherwise…If I choose to go back in the future, I will choose MetroFax.
