Cancellation- It turned out that I did…
Cancellation- It turned out that I did not need the fax service any longer; and although I canceled, I was still charged. The first time I tried to get a refund for the charge after canceling my account, I was told that it could not be done. The second person I chatted with, Joke, online made sure I received my refund for the services I did not use.
For the short time that I I used the services, I had no problems and was pleased. I just ended up not needing it any longer and didn't want to spend any unnecessary monies.

Lyra was very helpful
I needed to cancel our two Metrofax accounts because we installed a new cloud based phone system which includes fax and no longer needed to use Metrofax. Lyra was polite, helpful and efficient. We had no difficulty completing our business.
