The online ordering process was very easy and intuitive, they also provide helpful pictures to ensure that you are correctly measuring out the window screens. After receiving the screens, they fit very well and seem very durable. I highly recommend Metro Screenworks to anyone looking purchase window screens.

I have purchased multiple products and they have all exceeded expectation.

Product was of ok quality. Screens were not as tight as I expected and there were some scratches on the frame that I now need to paint. Customer service has been very responsive in trying to remedy the paint issues.

The screens are extremely loose . Very poor product. We ordered these for a screen room we built and the customer is not happy with the screens.

The folks at Metro were super easy to work with. Brice Rosa was very helpful in answering my questions relating to a custom-sized screen that I needed. I actually had to cancel my original order when I thought I had a local solution with the window manufacturer. Metro immediately gave me a refund, no questions asked. When the local solution didn't pan out, I reordered.

the price of the custom screens was great, made it worth ordering from you instead of building custom screens ourselves, however, since my first order, the price seems to have gone up significantly which has caused some pricing concerns with our customers. is there a reason i go such a good price on my first order and a drastically larger price with subsequent orders?

Screen was well packaged in bubble wrap and delivered pretty fast. Replacing old fiberglass screen on my deck with SuperScreen, I found it was great to work with & had no trouble getting a tight fit working alone. Looks GREAT, view to outside is awesome. Feels like pretty tough stuff. Anxious to see how it holds up to a Nebraska winter. Really happy with it so far.

The way it was shipped the top screen got bent on the bracket.

My order is easy to get set and check out and they arrive very well packaged. The fit is excellent, so, no bugs sneaking in underneath or above. I got ultra view for the windows I look out the most and they really are a better view. Customer service is amazing. Highly recommended.
