Timely fashion

Screens exceeded our expectations. We have a window with this screen from Metro Screenworks that is next to a glass window and you can't tell that there is a screen in the window.

Well the screens fit perfectly and work to the exact measurements. Price of the screens was a tad high but not horrible however the shipping and handling cost for one screen was exorbent. The turnaround time and ordering to receiving was approximately a week and that was good.

Asked for specific samples and received sales pamphlets with wrong items. On top of that, each sample cost $18. Ripoff. We won’t do business with a company that can’t get a simple order correct.

Ease of ordering and help with finding out what I ordered 6 years ago. I had replaced about 60% of my screens and was running out of material but could not remember what I had bought. I do not think many other business would be able to help this way.
Also the Super Screen is great. Resists damage from cats quite well. Transparency is good. It was easy to install.

I really like working with Metro Screenworks, and the only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is that I omitted part of my delivery address, which I know is my fault, but instead of contacting me to straighten it out, I had to call in to find out the status of my order. The person I talked to then looked at the wrong order and told me it was on its way, before realizing sometime later that she had looked at the wrong order. When she did look at my order, she realized my mistake and let me know, and we got it all straightened out. It cost several days of time overall. It seems with current technology that an error in the ordering process could be caught much sooner.
