Olly arrived on time and was friendly, polite and professional; he took the time to explain what he needed to do and what it all meant. It was a very fraught morning for me and his relaxed style made it a lot easier.

Olly responded quickly to arrange a survey. Arrived on time. Explained what was involved, completed the survey, then discussed the results and offered some practical advice on how the results could be improved. The EPC certificate arrived next day along with more detailed answers to my questions. Would recommend.
