I contacted 12 EPC providers on email from official Gov site, got quotes for 8, picked Olly because the fee was right and he contacted me within 5 minutes to ask a couple of questions for the quote. Also he had raving reviews. He came the day after I called, dead on time, incredibly polite, took 30min for a terraced house with 3 bedrooms and an extension, got EPC certificate the same day. Paid with a smile - perfect service.

Prompt, friendly and efficient. Olly replied very quickly to an initial email and could not have been more helpful, attending the property at short notice, arriving bang on time (actually early) and well-prepared, and carrying out the EPC inspection with no fuss. He produced the new certificate the same day, and for a reasonable fee too.
