Sofa ordered on 31/08/26 and delivery was supposed to take 2-3 days. After rearranging my schedule all week so I could be home to receive it, I’ve today been informed by MH Star UK that it will take another couple of working days at least, the sofa is ‘in transit’ and ‘thank you for my patience’ - but my family and I don’t have a sofa and no real idea when the new one will be arriving! As a result we will avoid using this company in the future and would not recommend to family and friends. Be wary of ordering items on Argos as this company is one of their recommended sellers.

Order cancellation and refund requested so we can place an order with another company for a quicker, confirmed day delivery.

Over a week ago, I contacted you regarding my unresolved issue with order number 138800006443. You replied that you would resolve the matter promptly and apologized for the inconvenience caused.

However, it has now been almost another week, and I have still received no further response or update regarding my issue. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and gives me the impression that my concern is simply being ignored.

As requested, I have completed and submitted the disclaimer form. Therefore, I am now requesting that you process my full refund without any further delay.

I have already been waiting long enough, and I do not want to continue wasting my time following up on an issue that should have been resolved by now. The numerous negative reviews on Trustpilot also raise serious concerns about the way customer issues are being handled.

Please resolve this matter and issue my full refund immediately. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience through appropriate review platforms and consumer channels.

I expect a clear response confirming the status of my refund.

The glass door (Order 138700162950) I bought from you arrived completely smashed. The glass is in tiny pieces.

I already told you about this, but you are ignoring me. You're not helping at all. I had to clean up the broken glass myself so my family wouldn't get hurt. It was super hard to put it in the bin, and I even cut my hand doing it!

Your customer service is terrible. I looked at your Trustpilot reviews and they are awful. I am so mad I didn't check them before I bought this.

Leaving me with dangerous broken glass is a massive safety risk. You need to fix this right now.

If you don't sort this out ASAP, I am going to make a claim for putting my family in danger.

Reply to me today and fix this.

Purchased an outdoor Wishing Well Planter....
When the item arrived the bottom base was broken into 2 pieces.
I Emailed MHSTAR and they contacted me almost straight away with a solution.
I was very happy with there customer service and received a replacement within a couple of days. Happy customer 👏

Trash products with poor tolerances. Holes dont line up. Metal like putty. Landfill.

EDIT: Additionally, these guys won't accept my return request and want me to take photos of the issue after I packed up this thing ready to ship out. I have to take pictures anyway in preparation for my section 75, but they are determined to waste as much of my time as possible with endless emails. I bought this through Argos and now I am really regretting it because while Argos are happy to take the money they wont handle the return and force me to deal with this lot.

Great customer service.
Any problems give them a chance for resolution they try their best for 100% resolution.

Shipping takes around 5 days which I think is fine because is free.
The shed itself looks plastic but when it was assembled it looks solid and beautiful.
It took me 5 solid hours with my son which also fine by me.
I think with the price and free shipping it's a great buy with a small garden like mine.
