Least helpful company I've ever encountered
Repeatedly said that they were willing to assess my case - they are unprepared to offer compensation for their breach of the law and refusing to admit fault.
While the third party I purchased from have offered me compensation on their behalf, this company is full of liars and scammers who do not take responsibility for their false advertising.
Reports have been filed regarding their breach of various advertising/product selling laws standards

Worst shopping experience I have ever had with Aosom
I wrote a review here on Trustpilot yesterday (Order No. 137700334543), and you replied that you would resolve my issue. However, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. It has now been over 2 weeks.
I also wrote a genuine review on your website sharing my experience, but that review was removed as well.
I’m sharing this to make other customers aware of my experience and to encourage them to be cautious. I hope you will finally address my issue and provide a proper resolution.

Ordered a dog bed on 4th august, got notification on 14th august that the bed was getting returned still waiting 27th August to be notified about what is happening would quite like my money back as it wasn’t cheap

Ordered through them via eBay for my daughter’s birthday present. Sent via Evri, I also had another item coming the same day so both items were on the same time slot, driver could only find the one item, not the item from this company which was the birthday present. Have ring doorbell footage, his proof of delivery photo clearly only showing the other item not this one and the company refuse to talk any sense or sort this out! Evri are obviously useless. I’m going around in circles being sent a generic ridiculous message about how it’s still out for delivery when all the evidence I’ve sent shows the courier is claiming to have delivered this item! Can’t do a chargeback yet as the bank want me to wait 7 days.. this doesn’t solve the missing birthday present. I’ll be opening a case with eBay as soon as it lets me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid!

An Excellent Barbacue.
They delivered a Kettle Barbacue at an excellent price. When I opened the box I discovered one item was missing. Without it I couldn’t attach the wheels.
I rang them immediately, they apologised and offered me a discount or a replacement free of charge. I took the latter. They told me to keep the one that had a part missing.
The new one arrived a few days later and all the parts were there.
There offer was very generous my view.

Professional company
I ordered a side unit from MH STAR via Argos. There was slight manufacturing issue with the unit, I reported this and within 24hours I received a reply from MH star who sorted this issue in great fashion. I would definitely recommend this company. On a side note the unit is of great quality and was easy enough to build.

Items A3and A5 require centre bars as cushions fall through gap poor design...Velcro straps to seat cushions not fitted correctly..need to be fitted to back of cushions to stop sliding ..nice seating unit but poor design.

Excellent customer services.
I would like to have given 5 stars for customer service but 1 star for the product, the pump in the water feature packed up after around a month and customer services dealt with it admirably and I was given a full refund, all I wanted was a replacement pump but strangely for some reason they were unable or unwilling to do this.

Have ordered a patio set from Aosom. It arrived after 2 days well packaged and faultless. So I’m very satisfied with this purchase. The cushions are not water repellent and expressed my concern to the Company. I was immediately offered a spare FREE pair of cushions which I received 2 days later.
