The courier parked in front of my driveway, got out and threw my parcel onto the driveway. Took a picture of my letterbox and parcel and emailed it to me. All captured on security camera. Fortunately I just happened to see the parcel outside my window a few minutes later and it wasn't stolen. The contents were not fragile but had they been they would certainly have been damaged. There is no review system of delivery drivers nor do they answer any emails. Negligent and unacceptable.

I just found my parcel (contents worth over $100.00) - sitting on our gate post at street area - the front verandah is only 20 feet away with a space behind a brick pillar which is not visible from the street, plus we also have a large enough letterbox behind the fence.

Item “on board for delivery” for 5 days now. No delivery attempt has been made. No response to my emails and no contactable phone number.

Marked as delivered and left in a safe place. There was no parcel anywhere, searched around the whole house and yard.

I live in a gated community Retirement Village. At the gate is a keypad to dial the unit number whereby visitors /delivery people etc are admitted. 3 weeks ago a tenant found my parcel from Micro Express thrown over our village fence.
Yesterday 3 more parcels were found tossed over the gate.
Disgusting service. Need to be held accountable.

Worst service ever!!! Been keeping my parcel for more than 2 weeks without any movement. I contacted and they did not give a shit, no response whatsoever.

worst service that i have ever used its been two times driver didnt came to deliver and fake traking description that “wrong address “ and “no one at home “ and taking more than 1 week to deliver and i am still waiting for parcel

but they didn’t even call or not left a pickup card and i try to contact them but they didn’t respond
if they don’t want to deliver atleast reply to my mail so i can pickup by my self

they stole my purchase. said they left it, but I was home all day and Blue Healer didn't answer to there presence.

50 meteres away from my front door under my front gate in the street is not a "safe place" for an item to be delivered.

After reading all the reviews I was worried.
However my parcel arrived on time and delivered very quickly to my door step.

Extremely bad communication, long delivery wait times and having parcel delivered just left at door. No persinal contact. No phone number listed to talk to anyone.

They left my parcel outside my apartment building on a very busy street. Anyone passing by was able to see it and it was subsequently stolen. My building has an attendant available, despite signs for couriers plastered all over the front of my building nothing was done to ensure my parcel was able to be safely left inside the building.

The driver threw my parcel over an 8 foot high fence onto the concrete carpark of my work on a Saturday when our offices are not open.

It was camera gear!

What disgraceful delivery…I will be making notes to suppliers from now on to cancel my order if they have to use Micro Express….they will never be delivering to me again!

The company continues to deliver products to the wrong address or not at all. Advised they had delivered a package to the supplier with photo evidence after many requests from me that I hadn’t received it and it’s not even the delivery address. Probably a stock photo they send to everyone who complains. Now won’t respond to any emails.

Ordered crystal glasses for Christmas. Delivery was thrown over the gate into the driveway. The gate is literally right there, why not open it and deliver the package? Absolutely dismal service.

Hopeless!! delivered my parcel to the incorrect Address.

Microexpress picked up my parcel from a depot and sent me an email to say it would be delivered within 3 days. I go to bed, wake up at 4am and check my phone. I had an email to say they'd delivered it at 11pm at night. I check on the doorstep at 4am, it wasn't there so I went to the post box. They'd left it on the other side of the fence. On the footpath. No response from customer service on feedback.

Terrible delivery service. Left parcel in driveway right next to front gate in plain sight - anyone walking past could have easily taken it. Did not even bother to ring door bell - I was home so would have heard it. If you are expecting a delivery from this company, be vigilant as they obviously do not care if you receive your parcel or not.

If I could give no Stars that's what you works be getting!! Took forever for delivery, then found my parcel thrown over my fence (access available to my front door ) nothing to say it had been delivered until a day later! Then stated it had been left in a safe place haha what a joke you are !!!!

The team at Micro Express went above and beyond to make sure I got my package before I flew out for a holiday. Attentive customer service and quick and easy delivery.
Will use them again as a courier service.
