totally useless international courier service, delivers to wrong address and doesn't reply to complaints or emails lazy and incompetent as their useless driver relabels parcels and fails to transcribe the delivery instruction properly totally unprofessional

My parcel sat at the depot for 5 days before i emailed the company i brought from and asked why it was just sitting there ?
It arrived today , thrown out on the street in front of my house, didnt even make it on to my property . And they dared to send photo of it out there to say it was delivered . Disgusting.

These guys are an absolute scam. They've done multiple 'attempts' to deliver my order but come up with excuses like the address being incorrect (when it's not) and keep returning it to their depot. Have tried emailing them and submitted a 'ticket' but not getting any response. I have no faith that they're going to deliver it to me. Avoid if you can, and report them to the Ombudsman and ACCC to get these guys closed down.

If I could give a zero rating I would! Only after contacting by sender and myself did my parcel magically appear. It was thrown onto our property late at night left out in the open in the rain. I was only lucky to spot the delivery notice in my spam emails and went out to find it in the driveway in the dark. Worst Ever!!!!

I found our package on the street!!, the guy didn't bother to knock or at least get put at the door

I want to catch these guys delivering something. Seriously the worst. Never knock, come at absurd times of the day for delivery and safe place just means on the property somewhere. They left a package on front law at 10pm a night. What a suprise it was stolen by the morning. Flogs.

Micro Express refuse to put parcels in the letterbox or walk to the front door. These guys are Indians that don't give a damn.
They just throw them over the gate!
From now on I will not accept any deliveries coming from this mob.

This Indian delivery driver delivered my package and just threw it on the floor on my front yard. That is very disrespectful and it’s was raining outside and the crow was picking my package. Very disrespectful behaviour from the driver !

Absolute terrible service everytime this courier company is involved. They never ring the door bell & today when I reviewed the camera footage I realised why. I heard something hit my fly screen, I opened the door & saw my package sitting near the door. They threw the parcel from around 10 feet away. They couldn't be bothered using the doorbell. They couldn't care less what the parcel contains. Nothing beats my Aus postie! He hides my deliveries every single time.

Parcel was left at 12.48am OUTSIDE my front gate near letterbox on the footpath for anyone to take. NOT good ..a $300 parcel. Surely the courier could have used his brain opened the gate.

Parcel left on ground by letterbox near path & in full view street. No attempt to make contact. Ignored large prominent secure parcel delivery box on wall.

I have been waiting on parcel for over a week the on tracking number Micro Express note they attempted delivery no one was home. This was a complete untruth as we were home with tradesmen working near the front no delivery van came. Now they are not replying to emails as advised to do by the sender of parcel. I would advise company they need drivers who are going to deliver parcel and not write attempted delivery no one home extremely bad service.

Courier didnt bother to put package at my door, left it on ground near my letterbox and I never received it as was stolen cos people walk past near my letterbox.Emailed company NO RESPONSE. Bruxera offered 50% discount for me order $279 led mask again ! NO WAY AND HAVE IT STOLEN AS WELL COS INCOMPENT LAZY COURIER... THANKS TO THEM I'M $279 OUT OF POCKET.
I WOULD GIVE MINUS STARS IF POSSIBLE.

This is my 3rd complaint about this company. My parcel was thrown 2m into my property. My front door is another 30m inside my yard. I received an email saying it was delivered but I firstly couldn't see it, but I saw white plastic in the distance.

Disgraceful service. Parcel was left lying on the nature strip outside our property. Had I not noticed the delivery email and gone to check the parcel would probably have been gratefully accepted by passers by. Photo proof of the delivery was cleverly disguised to cover up the laziness of the driver. We were clearly home at time of delivery!

Driver put package through my fence. Caught him on ct camera. Could not be. bothered to walk up to door. We were home... car in driveway. Package sat there for 2 hours in full view of.people passing by i had to put car.in garage i have a box outside visible to couriers. For deliverys. its when i noticed it. Time of PHOTO AND EMAIL SENT TO COMPANY . TOTALLY DISGUSTING AND APPAULLING. SERVICE......... Never ever had this before. ,( MICRO LOGISTICS ) emailed plus plus ohotos sent. ....PS. UPDATE. NO RESPONCE AT ALL

Absolutely atrocious service, they delivered the package to the wrong address and didn’t give any information regarding the delivery. I chased them up via email and they have not contacted me since I’ve proved that they have the misplaced the item

Shocking.
Package on board for delivery 3 times and took a month to come.
The parcel which is marked 'fragile' was crushed so badly, it looked like it had been repeatedly stomped on.

Total garbage,
Waited at home for delivery that was onboard the whole day and was eventually delivered at 6pm by the driver throwing my parcel across my fence and against the wall.
