Item arrived in Melbourne and sat in a warehouse in Sunshine for nearly 2 weeks before going out for delivery and then took 3 days to actually be delivered 10 kilometres away. On a positive note it actually did make it to the destination eventually.....

worst. no communication if your item is not delivered. do not use

Micro Express failed to deliver parcel, going back and forth to depot for over a week.
No reply to several emails
Not impressed

I messaged you to leave parcel in basket at front door (where parcel would be hidden from view).
The parcel was left in the open away from front door, fully visible. Fortunately not stolen as has happened when left in the open previously. Not happy that my message did not carry through to delivery person.

My parcel was delivered to some other address.
they sent me photos of the place which was nothing like my address. I photographed my address on the same angle and sent it to them, but they still insist they delivered to the address on the system. I pointed out that the system may be right, but the driver did not go to the right one!!

Item is said delivered but in fact never delivered. Tried to contact email in the website and email provided by the shop, no one replied. Such a ghost company.

Dropped package off on the driveway close to the road at 10pm and left in the rain. No good

I got a delivery through this company and I am disappointed in the service as they came at 10 pm at night as well as they didn't ring they didn't come to the door and ring the bell and notify me. they just left it hanging out of my mail box which is un safe as well the beeped thinking that I will know its them..
be mindful that some packages are breakable as well. the items that i was receiving was breakable.

They are useless never answer emails phone number is turned off my 2 packages were due on the 2nd of July and just sitting in a delivery place in Burton South Australia since the 1st of July and I’m still waiting for a reply answer something never use this company very bad

Unfortunately can’t give them zero!!! The delivery driver came at 2.49am, took a picture of my parcel in front of my house and then left with my parcel while marking it “delivered and left in safe place”. All caught by my surveillance camera! The police have been contacted!!!

Totally incompetent no stars -unable to contact by phone and no emails answered -states attempted to deliver my parcel twice with no luck and then says delivered but with a completely different suburb as the address -should not be in business -so I have no parcel and no contact -do not use this company

Driver left parcel outside in the car park, in full view for anybody to take. When asked not to leave it there they took it away and threw it over the fence into our paddock. Disgusting customer service!!

If I could give you zero stars I would! Your customer service is non existent, you don’t answer the phone or emails! You had my parcels for well over a week with no contact what so ever! I would advise anyone to avoid your company, extremely unprofessional and quite honestly you need shutting down! Worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with!

I'm surprised to see the negative reviews, although most of them seem to be with the actual product delivery than the goods themselves.

I've purchased three desktop systems from Micro Express over the course of about fifteen years, and never had any problems at all.

Each delivery was fine, and the computer systems themselves were fine. Not saying that other people can't have a poor experience, but I would have no problem purchasing from them again.

Dreadful service. Parcel was not left in safe place as promised. Deliverer threw it over gate to bottom of steps where it was clearly visible to all (bright pink package). Did not bother knocking on door or leaving it hidden on porch behind trellis and plant. Will not use retailer again because they use this service.

Heading off to work,@ 6.30am and noticed there was a parcel left on the porch in the rain.

Maybe try employing locals and not outsiders.

The driver was very rude and randomly press other peoples door bell simply to get in and put the package to owners door.

Item was on board and out for delivery the Thursday before Easter but never turned up. In their wisdom they attempted a delivery to my Factory on Easter Monday, due to it being a National Holiday the factory was closed so consignment was marked unable to deliver and sent back to the depot where I believe it still remains. I have contacted them through their email requesting it to be delivered ASAP at least 6 times and there has been no reply at all from Micro Express. The mobile listed for Micro Express by Trustpilot is not correct and you'll find their depot address is also not listed so basically you have no other way to contact them except by email.
It's basically a matter of hurry up and wait, possibly a new level of incompetence has been reached with this courier and their lack of service.

Left the parcel in plain view of street in industrial are, on a SUNDAY. Over the EASTER long weekend! Seriously that’s so stupid. I had to go to work to get it, pathetic
