Charlie was excellent in helping me source the items I needed.

Awful mask and a waste of money. Called and spoke to them. Spoke about Cressi and Tusa. Sold me a Tusa, guessing as more expensive! Awful advice as even went through fit test with them as said was OK. Used on holiday. The mask leaked all the time. Constantly coming up to clear it out from the nose area and in the mask. Missed so much as having to clear out. Plus fogs up after awhile and uncomfortable. Cannot get a refund and bought two of them!! Both had the same problems. Also, the snorkel let water in at times and could not expel! Resulted in having to surface and choke as taking in water!! I would NOT use Mike dive store again or recommend. Just buy a cheaper one or Cressi from Amazon. Was an awful experience snorkelling due the this mask which was recommend!

We were greeted by Charlie...What a star this man is!
He made sure we had the right gear and that fit and function were spot on. Spent over an hour with him trying wetsuits, boots, masks, socks and fins. He really knew his stuff and is a credit to the team at Mikes. Give this man a pay rise. I have never had better service. Truely Excellent!!

Served by Charlie. We/ I had a pretty good idea of the dive watch I wanted and Charlie's advice validated that we'd chosen the most suitable one. He was very knowledgeable (as you might expect!) but wasn't doing a heavy sales job on us, but was just making sure we got what we needed. We also treated ourselves to a new reg and BCD. Great experience. Charlie very good!

Good range of stock and experienced assistants. Charlie was great - I needed a lot of new gear and he patiently talked me through all my options with great advice.

I purchased a prescription mask and snorkel, had it delivered but they had installed the lens the wrong way round so I made contact with them to rectify the problem which they attempted to do. I was informed I had to send the original item back, wait for them to receive it before they would send a new one out. Upon receiving the item back, they did try to send out another one via DPD but DPD could not deliver as I did not have a secure PIN code to give them as my telephone number was written down wrong (by them) the last digit was wrong. They informed me that I would have to wait until the item was sent back again before they could attempt a 3rd time. I explained a this is not my fault could they send out another asap whilst they waited for the item to be returned as all of this was not my fault but they said no. Great customer service, not! I will buy from elsewhere and get a refund. Beyond fed up and annoyed.

Great service online and in the shop. Looking for a new mask, I got some great advice on features and quality online from Greg and more in the shop from Tom who helped me save some money showing me some more options. I also had a return that was quickly handled for a refund. Many thanks.

Excellent support from staff, particularly Tom. The information was clear and well informed. He also gave us all the time we needed.

Rissa was amazing — super quick to respond (even on the weekend!) and helped sort everything out straight away. She was really friendly and easy to talk to, and made sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Couldn’t ask for better service — thank you!

I recently visited the store to buy a BCD but wasn't sure which one to get. I was assisted by Charlie who went above and beyond to help me find the right BCD for my needs. He went through pros and cons of several models without any pressure to buy a particular one. I would highly recommend this store and will certainly be coming back!

I bought a new dive mask with a bifocal lens from Mikes. I used their video consultation and asked for online advice. Nish was the guy who helped me throughout the whole process and was superb. He gave me great advice and kept me up to date with when my mask would be sent. He was really helpful and made the whole process extremely easy. I would certainly recommend Nish and the team at Mike’s divers!!

We received great customer service at the Chiswick store ( ?Tom?-red-head, told us he plays in a rapp band ).
Despite the store being really busy in the last hour before closing time, he was super attentive in helping purchase a CEOS mask with prescription Iens inserts. He was really knowledgeable about which mask would suit a narrow face etc and did loads of tests to check that I chose a mask that had the best seal. In the end my husband bought a new mask as well even though he hadn’t planned to!
I’ve just finished a week Liveaboard and the mask was perfect . I also bought a Fourth Element thermocline vest and some mask cleaning product.

Am so grateful to Tom from Mikes Dive Store he was super helpful as my dive computer broke and am really looking forward to getting the Suunto Novo as its perfect for me. Thanks a million guys have a super day! Best wishes Melanie

We have been buying kit and getting it serviced from Mike's for years now. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the service is always excellent. Even when small hiccups happen, they are great at sorting things out with good, timely updates and explanations. Just a really well run business with customers at the centre of what they do.

I ordered a new dive mask from Mike’s Dive Store and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

Charlie is amazing! Not only did he share so many useful insights and showed his professionalism with the gears, but he’s actually care about his customers and can actually make recommendations tailored to their needs.

I live in Cambridge and generally it takes me about two hours to drive there. However, you know, the traffic in London can be a nightmare from now and then. ( or all the time) The day I travelled to the shop actually cost me 3 hours and I just missed the opening time.

When Charlie opened the gate he literally saved my day. I really appreciate and think he deserves a big raise for being voluntarily working overtime just to help a customer out. And that’s the reason I’d love to put my faith in a store like this.

some of my equipment that was left for servicing was mislaid and Steve replaced everything old for new immediately. Honest service cannot go unnoticed and so if you value customer service, then shop here for all things diving and just forget the rest.
