We've been working with Mile Auto Transport for a while now, and it's been a smooth and professional experience throughout. Their team is responsive, reliable, and easy to communicate with. They consistently manage their lead flow efficiently and treat every interaction with professionalism.

It's clear they care about their business and their customers, and it's been a pleasure supporting their growth. Looking forward to continuing our partnership!

On time, thorough inspection, quick delivery, cooperative plan for pickup and delivery, good equipment, competitively priced and capable and friendly operator. What more could be asked.

Excellent service, beginning with the dispatch guy Alex and the carrier guy Ilia. Very profesional team. 100% recommend

Had a great experience overall and special mention about Jack who was very flexible and responsive throughout the process and he went above and beyond and took an order for transporting the motorcycle. He arranged for a pickup very next business day. Another mention is about the driver (Daniel( who transported the bike. He did an amazing job in bringing the bike safely and communicating with me.

Excellent communication from the beginning and through the ending. Pick up rapidly from my hometown and rapid delivery in Raleigh N.C. Drive was D&R Transport, by a Mr.Guzman. He was also very personable and communicated carefully and loaded and unloaded with care. All faster than I had expected with no problems and reasonable pricing.

Very good service friendly costumer service my truck was very far up north and they delivered on time I recommend 100% great company thank you 😊

They were very patient and attentive as my vehicle pickup details continued to change.

Very good communication. Delivered on time. Not one problem. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Thank you

All I can say is everything was perfect thanks jack

The company I originally hired to ship my car could not do it in the time that I needed although they said they could. I called Mile Auto Transport on a chance they could help me and boy did they! Not only were they able to pick up my car the next day, it was actually delivered a day early! The driver was thoughtful and courteous and kept me posted during delivery. Best call I ever made😊

Everything was good, but it would have been great if I was notified once the vehicle was picked up and been provided pictures before loanding the vehicle as requested at booking.

Jen was just nice and friendly, provided excellent fast service

A highly recommended transportation company. Alex was great to deal with. He came in with a good quote and made sure all went well.

I had a harrowing experience with Diesel Auto Express and would never recommend their services to anyone. Unfortunately they were the contractors of Mile Auto Transport. Diesel Auto Express provided a terrible service, with a rude, aggressive, and threatening driver, poor communication, and a complete disregard for respect to the customer. They mady my move accross the country more expensive. On top, The driver treatened me, called names, started manhandling the vehicle, gave me a wrong email id for zelle payment and demanded the payment without veryfying the email-ID. I strongly advise against using their services. I have a full review at their website.
The only silver lining was the manager, Jack, who was extremely nice and patient every single time I spoke with him. He allowed me to vent finally during the nightmarish experience when I genuinely panicked for my safety and was extremely helpful during this hellish experience. Jack deserves more than a compliment for his professionalism and support.
In Addition, I will recommend check with the Mile Auto Transport before finalizing shipment. I understood, once they contract the shipment out to a dispatcher, they don't have full control on many things. That said, I believe, the associates at Mile Auto Transport, like Jack deserve some praise and they are the only reason the whole thing disn't turn to a 100% negetive experience.

Our vehicle was transported from the Chicago area to near Raleigh NC. They got it here early and in great shape. The driver knew the area and was pleasant to deal with.

Everything went as planned and we have our vehicle in the same shape as when it was handed over. Never done this before so we were relieved.

Vanessa was a big help. Everything went smooth.

first of all i’m a real person, and if you’re anything like me you’re going through reviews trying to see if this company is legit and if they’re trustworthy, bro, they are i had my car transported from an auction and they got the car to me THE SAME DAY. jack was great and so were the other people in the office, trust me, they good.

No bait and switch. The quoted price was what I paid.

I am so happy that I finally found someone trustworthy. I rarely leave reviews, but I recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Great communication and understanding.
