Mile Auto Transport LLC Reviews

I have never used a transport company before and was a little bit concerned at first which resulted in me asking a lot of questions. Mr. Alex of Mile Auto Transport answered all of my questions with great patience and made me feel at ease with this process. My 06 F250 truck was picked up and delivered on time with no incident. I would highly recommend Mile Auto Transport and will use them again if the need arises.

Great communication, great execution, and no surprises on pricing or anything else.

Vanessa is the best, great communications even on a weekend, quick turnaround. I will use mile auto transport for all my auto transport needs.

In a sea of scumbags, Mile Auto Transport, LLC was a shining star! The term "You get what you pay for" has never been so true. My agent, Jack, quoted a higher price but he delivered on time and without any last minute cost increases. I went with them based on their BBB rating and Jack's total transparency regarding the process. 100% Recommended!

Showed up and delivered vehicles on time, cant say enough about the experience.Top notch, would highly recommend.

The service was excellent and the cost was very competitive. The car was picked up and delivered the same day, a 330 mile drive despite a 3-hour delay by the dealership. The driver was courteous and professional. The customer service was, too. I am very pleased with Miles Auto Transport.

Excellent service. Easy, quick, punctual and nice to deal with too.

There are a bunch of transport companies and while I can’t speak for others Mile was outstanding! Picked up my Corvette the day they promised and delivered it when promised!!! Took pictures when picked up and again on delivery. Not a mark on the car!! Highly recommend!!!

After several days of searching for a transport company to move a vehicle from the Seattle area to LA, I found Mile Auto Transport. They provided a fair quote and stood behind it through the entire process. Great communication and follow-up. Thank you for a positive experience.

Miles Auto Transport transported my vehicle when no one else could. I had 2 other well know transporters that kept telling me they could get my vehicle transported in a day or two, weeks later still not transported.
I spoke with Jan, told him what was going on and with in 2 days I had my vehicle.
Mile Auto Transport is the only transport company I will ever use.
They are honest, trustworthy and extremely dependable.

After several failed attempts with delivery from other companies, I was hesitant to try another company making empty promises. Mile Auto delivered on all promises and ensured I had my vehicle delivered same day. I am super impressed with their honesty and commitment to ensuring the best service possible. Thank you!!!

They called me that they will pick the vehicle on Thursday and to my surprise the driver called me Wednesday if they could pick it up by 9:30PM and sure enough he was there on time. Very responsible peoples. Also they got the vehicle on time on the destination.

Great customer service and communication.

Very efficient transport arrangement services while maintaining great communication with me during the entire process. Highly recommend this company for transport of your prized vehicles.

Booked with Mile Auto Transport for our move from Philadelphia to Chicago and had a great experience. We had to transport 2 cars. Alex with Mile Auto Transport was great with communication. What was quoted to us was exactly what we paid, no bait and switch. He called to inform us when a driver was dispatched. From there, the local driver was also very responsive with updates throughout. Would highly recommend this team.

Very punctual, and they took care of my vehicle. I also had great communication with the driver !
