Millerandmason Reviews

Not very impressed with the instructions for the cement mixer. The manual is poorly designed and doesn’t match the product. The bolt bag numbers in the booklet don’t correspond to the updated sheet that was added, so halfway through assembly I had to take parts apart because the diagrams were outdated or for a different model. A simple 30‑minute job took hours, and I’m very experienced with assembly. Please update your manuals properly and provide a tutorial video. Also, the rubber gasket is too small and had to be overstretched to fit.

Fast delivery and very well packed the machine itself looks well made and works well

After doing lots of research I finally went with a re-conditioned pressure washer , it arrived after two days , very well packaged.
After I assembled the machine ( very easy), i noticed one of the rubber feet was missing , I emailed the company and they got back to me super fast and the missing part is on its way to me !
I cannot fault the company thus far .
I haven’t used the washer as yet but it’s a very well made sturdy unit!
All good !

Great company fast delivery and the pressure washer was very well packaged.

My petrol pressure washer has some serious power very impressed thankyou

Fast delivery, great customer service, would definately recommend.

Easy to order. Fast delivery. Rang to ask a question and were very obliging. Item came swiftly and well packaged Would use this company again.

The jet washer is great, the only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the instructions provided are virtually non existent and not helpful

ORDERED A ULTRA POWERFUL MILLER AND MASON EW3800 ELECTRIC JET WASHER IN THE AFTERNOON, AND IT WAS DELIVERED THE NEXT MORNING!
EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY GOOD PRICE, AND AN AMAZINGLY POWERFUL MACHINE. VERY IMPRESSED WITH BOTH THE SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT.

Rapid delivery. I am very impressed with the jet wash I purchased, quality product, brass fittings and more power than I expected.

Fast delivery well packed, arrived in good condition all fits together very well .very happy with the jetwasher
Many thanks paul

Ordered a spare part for my power washer, it arrived in 2 days. I couldn’t find the exact part on the internet but a quick call to the company-who were very helpful, and they sorted me out very efficiently

Best price on the internet with the discount on the webshop.
Excellent updates.
Next day delivery of power washer.

Fast delivery. Pressure washer has plenty of power. Only 2 complaints really the hose is too rigid and where the hose connects to the washer via the quick connect it do leak some times

I am very pleased with the ordering and the delivery and so far the quality of the product.I haven’t had the chance to use it yet but so far so good and when I do get to use it I will update my review accordingly great so far Eamonn

Great product. Strong packaging. Clear instructions. Ultra fast delivery. Probably the best online purchase experience I've ever had.

Easy to order, quick delivery, straightforward to assemble and a quality pressure washer

The product in arrived good time. The instructions for the self assembly were quite good (although I did overfill the oil and then had to drain some off (but that was my fault). The only issue I had was installing the hose reel, this took me some time and it was quite a struggle and awkward to fit (I also slipped with the screwdriver and cut my hand, I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this). However, once assembled the product looks great and does an excellent job, I would recommend to anyone.

Delivered on time. Well packed. Plenty of power.

Extremely quick delivery even though was Christmas very well packaged and only used jetwash once but pleased with it so far a powerful machine for the price so all in all great service and price thankyou
