Although it took a while for the car to be delivered, but Ben kept me in the loop and he notified me at every point until the car was delivered. Just Drive Leasing were great to deal with. They sourced the best deal by quite some margin having done quite a bit of research myself and obtained quotes from numerous dealers and leasing firms. They then kept me updated on the progress on the vehicle all the way up to an hour before the final delivery. Thank you Ben for your excellent service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Just Drive Leasing and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I used Just Drive to order a new CLA. Ben was amazing throughout the whole process. He kept me informed at all times, answered calls out of hours and had brilliant and honest knowledge of the vehicle. Above all, Ben was due to go on annual leave but made the effort to get the paperwork and delivery arranged before he went on leave, ensuring everything was able to run smoothly in his absence.

I was particulary surprised and equally grateful for Ben's tenacity to go above and beyond to deliver this level of customer service throughout the whole process which in my opinion was second to none.

Ben proved to be excellent at Just Drive. The car took a while to arrive owing to issues in the supply chain but Ben proved to pull through and support when required.

I sold my car unexpectedly and was panicking about where to get hold of a new car quickly. Ben and the team were wonderful. Communication was swift and the whole process very simple.
