My main point of contact at Just Drive Leasing was Joshua Morriss. I ordered my vehicle in Jul-21 with an expected delivery of Sep/Oct-21. Due to the global chip shortage delivery kept getting delayed, however Joshua was quick to keep me updated at all times. I finally took delivery of the new vehicle on 1-Apr-22. Joshua has been professional throughout the process, I imagine he's had a lot of grief from demanding customers however! I'd like to think that I was not one of them though! I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Joshua again in the future. Patience paid off in the end, over the weekend I checked lease deals on my new vehicle and they'd practically doubled in price! Very happy with the new car. 5 star service Joshua, thank you very much!👍😀

With the support of Ben Healy I placed an order for a VW Golf in November 2021 for delivery March 2022.
I was aware of the current lead times due to market economies and the global “chip” shortage and accepted the inevitable lead time delay.
Transaction formalities we’re completed and I awaited delivery.
In Feb 2022 I made a courtesy call to Ben to enquire on the impending delivery - unfortunately the response from the dealer was a revised date of August 2022 !! This could not be confirmed and December 2022 was a potential delivery date !!
I raised my concerns with Ben, mainly around the fact I was currently on an expensive short term lease whilst awaiting the intended March delivery .
Ben actively looked for a comparable car and offered me a Ford Focus which was a cancelled order with immediate delivery- once again the transaction formalities were completed but “red tape” with Ford protocols did not allow the transfer of a cancelled order to be permitted.
Ben worked behind the scenes and found two other cars with March delivery - however these did not meet with my criteria .
Not to be defeated at resigned myself to waiting until December for my VW .
However Ben was busy evaluating options in the background and out of the blue acquired an almost identical vehicle from VW which had become available with immediate delivery.
Fantastic customer support and dedication to the cause !! I finally took delivery of the car at the end of March - as per original request a VW Golf - the only sacrifice being a manual transmission rather than automatic.
Well done Ben - exceptional customer experience - over and above the call of duty .

From the start of the process of getting a vehicle through to the end, the help from Josh was fantastic - he really went out of his way to help me understand every stage of leasing a vehicle as this was my first time.

Even when the dealership failed to deliver the vehicle on the expected day, Josh fought for ensuring I got the car on the next day, giving prompt and thorough updates.
