I'm a new customer, and am here commenting on the customer service rather than the dog food as my girls haven't tried it yet. I only placed my first order yesterday morning, and by the afternoon I had received an email from DPD saying they were going to deliver today. We live on a farm in a remote location, and we have dreadful experiences with deliveries. I emailed Millies Wolfheart after I placed my order to ask them to pass on directions to their courier so they could find my house. My last dog food company took a week to deliver my food, and 2 emails to them went unanswered. Customer service is important to me, so if my 5 girls like the food, I shall stick with this company. The driver came straight to my door, which is unusual here as stuff is often left out at the farm gates, so I can only assume my instructions were passed on.

My Irish Setter puppy has been a fussy eater from the start. We tried all ‘top tier’ brands and he turned his nose up. In desperation I contacted Millie’s Wolfheart for advice. Eve was fantastic and so informative and helpful. after considering and talking through all my concerns she suggested their Endurance type to try. So far it has been a great success! Beau loves it and no rejections so far. Can’t recommend them enough!! Thankyou so much from a relieved Setter owner 😀

We are constantly asked about the shine from our dog’s coats and how well they look.They are 13 and 10 and look fantastic we would recommend them to anyone for the service, of products and amazing delivery service.

I’m so disappointed in this company. As the owner of a small high standard dog breeding business I approached them to ask if I could become a member of their breeder programme as I can’t afford to pay full price for the food. The owner of the stud I went to recently recommended them to me and gave me some of the food to try. My dogs love it. One of my girls is sensitive to all types of rice and eggs, I’ve found recently, so I was very keen to move her over to this brand for her coming litter as all the puppy foods or high protein kibbles tend to have one or the other or both. I thought I’d found the answer with this company only to be told they’re not accepting new breeders onto the programme despite me telling them about my dogs situation. Such a shame

Great customer service! We got great advice on what food to give our dog as he was struggling with a sensitive stomach. 7 months later he’s looking better than ever and stomach issues stopped instantly. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Switched to Milles Wolfheart for golden retriever at 6 months old who had loose stools. The advice I got from Elaine Millies Nutrition Advisor was detailed and clear. We ordered a big bag to start and my dog loves it. Stools are much firmer and no gas like we had before.

Their dry food is fantastic, I've fed my Labrador on this since she was a puppy and she is super healthy with a fantastic coat and athletic build.

Leaving this review in particular because when DPD messed up my delivery, I gave Millies a call, and they who immediately popped another one in the post, tracked and kept an eye on the delivery and made sure everything was sorted out. Really impressive customer service and I'm grateful, thank you.

My Jack Russell has been fussy with her food so decided to investigate a change, I read the which magazine best dog food brands article & Millie’s Wolfheart came out top with 82% overall so rang for advice, really helpful customer service helped with type of food and amount. Also advised I bought a sample bag to try first, I started by mixing in her old food & after 3 days she is expertly picking out the old & leaving it ! Poops also very well formed & no grass eating which has been an issue before. Super happy dog & even happier customer, I have ordered a new larger bag of countryside mix.

We had given Millies to our previous Labrador and they recommended a food free from potato and grains for our re home dog suffering from dermatitis, within 3 weeks her skin condition had cleared up and she has firm stools. Miles better than the rubbish food you get from pet shops, and good value too.

Our first experience of Millie’s Wolfheart and so far the customer service has been excellent. Clear, prompt and helpful replies to queries. We have ordered a couple of starter packs which arrived quickly with delivery updates along the way. The packaging is good and the information provided with the food is clear and helpful. We have two 6 month old pups and will be gently transferring to the new food recommended by the Millie’s Wolfheart team, hopefully the pups will like it and we will be on the right track for healthy, balanced nutrition. Great experience so far.

After struggling with a few different brands of food for our rescued staffy, I am so glad we tried Millie’s wolfheart. Immediately cleared up his digestion issues, his skin looks great and his coat has gotten thicker and shiner. Love that there are different protein % options as the higher % for other brands weren’t sitting right in his tummy. Feel the 12kg bags are excellent value and fit perfectly in our simple human pet food bin. Snacks are all high quality too, he goes mad for the venison crunchies. Quick shipping, well packaged.

I absolutely 100% recommend Millies Wolfheart to any dog owner, I have been using them for 2yrs as they were recommended to me by a friend, theie selection of food and treats are good, clean and fairly priced. Their deliveries are always on time and their customer service is good. Eve was so helpful and gave me advice after my dogs spaying and I will always use Millies Wolfheart for my dog.

The customer service is absolutely incredible. I have a puppy joining soon and asked for advice, and they sent a detailed breakdown for her as she ages, with suggestions as to which products are best depending on their age. It's clear they really care about ensuring the dog has the best nutrition

Asked for advice for my young dog as I was struggling with a food that suited her. Millie’s responded with great and detailed advice, my girl has settled well with this food and we are definitely sticking with Millie’s. The variety of mixes are very good with plenty of choice

I reached out to the team at Millies for advice on what food would suit our Hungarian Vizsla pup as she was struggling with digestion, I received a quick and very detailed response from Eve including recommended servings throughout her growth. On the back of the email, I placed an order for the 60/40 Ranger kibble and swapped straight over. We have a very happy puppy, thank you for all your help!

Fantastic food really suits my dog. I’ve been a customer for about 4 years. Their service is always exceptional. Easy to order, rarely out of stock and delivery is super quick mostly door to door with 2-3days.

I have been looking for a good dog food to suit my Frenchie Husky mix for the last 3 months and I got put on to these. I got in touch and the nutritionist got back to me straight away with a very in depth guide of what I should give Nala. I’ve ordered 3 starter pack which are fantastic value for money to see what she likes best. I also like the fact that I can reach out to them anytime for any additional support.

Wanted a different food option after my dog stopped eating one mix she'd had for some time. The nutritionist gave me excellent advice which to try to help her skin, coat and joints. Highly recommended.
