Hello, thank you for your feedback we were waiting for the items you purchased on the live to be paid for, each payment has been made after 7 days after you placed the order on both occasions.
You ordered on the 30th, paid on the 5th then ordered again on the 4th and paid on the 12th. The parcel was then posted on the 14th.
We saved the parcel for you so you dont have to pay extra postage. This is also stated on our lives, with the cost of living we help to save everyone money where we can. We cannot post orders promptly when payment is not recieved until 7 days later.
We have a standard charge for postage and out of good will we have refunded the £2 difference in postage cost.
We have had no contact from your regarding poor quality items and we pride ourselves on having good quality items. Please dont hesitate to contact us and we can resolve any issues you have regarding this as the feedback will need to go back to our suppliers.

I always have a positive experience at Millstream Saddlery. Very knowledgable owners and nothing is too much trouble. Purchases have included clothing, bridles and bits. They have a fantastic live sale via social media which is always good fun and you can pick up some real bargains.

Simply the best saddlery!
The guys at millstream saddlery were so super helpful. They were really knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile. They were happy to source anything I needed, and give me super honest advice. Can’t recommend them highly enough! I use them for all my equestrian needs!
