Katasztrófa! Már csak a szállitás napján derült ki hogy nem szállítanak Magyarországra illetve visszaigényelni sem tudom a kifizetett termeket mert állítólag meg nem érkezett vissza a raktárba

Popolnoma zadovoljivo. Izdelki so enaki kot drugje, povečini primerljivi po cenah Amazonu, ki je cenejši kot večina trgovin. Politika vračanja je neboleča in enostavna, mnogo bolj kot npr. Big Ban... Toon meer

It's really something awfully wrong with the management or logistics in this shop, which was a really good online store once. For the last couple of orders, which they advertised they were "in stock", they delayed the shipping, but not only for a couple of days, but weeks! I don't know if this is on purpose or not, but they should really work this out, because no customer will be pleased if he/she doesn't receive the order in the time specified. And the other thing that really bothers me is that they are selling the goods of other vendors/partners, which means that even that you are a VIP customer and you should pay no shipping fee, that is not the case if you are not careful and you do not notice this when you order. I think this really isn't fair to their faithful customers...
But not all is bad. You still get the things you order and they still have (mainly) competitive prizes, comparing to some other shops (in Slovenia).
Scammers, they advertise that the product is in stock but in reality, they are dropshipping it from abroad. Waited more than a month for a printer that was "in stock".
Poor customer service. They lie about dispatching dates, even with orders of 1k€, they charge shipment fees, it is nearly impossible to communicate with them. It used to be great shop, but since they have Czech owners, they are really bad.

Artikel, ki naj bi bil na zalogi (tudi kjer ni navedeno, da le pri dobavitelju) očitno šele po oddaji naročila naročijo pri dobavitelju, saj lastne zaloge skoraj več nimajo, nato pa se predviden čas dobave, ki je bil sprva oglaševan (kot naslednji dan), začne odmikati, kar običajno traja po 2-3 tedne. Poteza z zaračunavanjem provizije (0.9 €) za osebni prevzem je še en pljunek v obraz strankam, fizična trgovina v BTC pa je z eno besedo farsa. Pri podjetju se zadnja leta poslužujejo tudi zavajajočih poslovnih praks, kot na primer navidez velikih popustov skozi celo leto, kar pa v praksi pomeni dvig priporočene maloprodajne cene in nato doseg te oz. povprečne tržne cene po obračunu popusta (že dalj časa sploh niso več niti približno ugodni) ali oglaševanja "zadnjega kosa", kar nam ne preprečuje, da jih brez težav naročimo in prevzamemo 7. Verjetno zadovoljstva kupcev niso nikoli merili in oglaševali sami prav zato, ker vedno, kako zelo porazno nastopajo na trgu. Vedno znova jim dajem "še eno priložnost", pa vedno znova razočarajo.
Waiting 12 days after the expected day of delivery with 0 notifications when it is coming, 90cents for personal lift. The community service phone is god awful, 8th day in a row im calling and nothing till date. Never shopping on there again.

I DO NOT recommend. I paid extra to get a birthday gift for my nephew in time, but it didn't arrive in time. Of course they didn't refund shipping or added plus to my profile balance :)) Last item I ordered I was missing some key parts so I had to return the item. Return process is awful, they do not trade for other item and you get your payment refunded within 2 weeks. Too long. Shoppster and EnaA are more reliable than this shop. Avoid shopping at Mimovrste if possible, even if price is few euroes cheaper than at EnaA, mTehnika, BigBang or shoppster.. Too high risk of bad mood, waste of time and (as for me) driving costs. Yeah, and delivery dates are a LIE. Items rarely arrive or are ready to collect in time stated. Shame.
We ordered a standup-paddle board and they told us it will be ready in 2-3 hours. After more than 3 hours we went there to pick it up but then they told us it will be ready tomorrow!! We were from another country so that wasn‘t possible. Wouldn‘t recommend buying there anything. They just lie to your face to sell things.
I ordered different articles and all went right. There is even option to get the article at their shop in Ljubljana, but you have to pay in advance.

really bad experience, before i orders 3 staff confirmed that they have the product in the stock and based on their information i took out my fridge and i was waiting for more than 2 week, then they cancel my order because there is no stock, and then i went and i checked in there store they told me again we have it in stock... no body knows anything in this company they are just playing with customers, and the customer service is so rude and unprofessional. never and ever again i will think to use this platform

Not to mention that they sell stuff that is marked "in storage" and says delivery time " 2 days" and you wait for almost 2 weeks... this happened almost every time I ordered something with them.
Totally unfriendly and arrogant. First I had to wait one month for article which should be in stock. Then when they finally get it I had just five days to pick it up.
Best Slovanian e-ecommerce. Customer service not the best and the way they handel warrenty could be improved.
I recived a damaged machine and I got a new one after more than 20 days. In the meantime they told me that the postman would come and pick up the package for several times and that did not happen, they stopped answering to my emails, told me that they would call me back with the information I needed and didn't and so on. And only one person in this whole story only once said sorry for your inconvenience. Very bad customer service! I would love to tell them that and not bad-mouth them on the internet but they didn't seem to be interested in what I want to say.
We ordered a gift for kid without parents as a part of charity action for Christmas. The order was done and payed more than 14 days ago and we still didn't receive the toy. I proposed to them that I come to pick it up by myself and they told me that the system doesn't allow this. And they still couldn't give me the exact date, when the item will be sent. The gifts have to be delivered to the organisation by a certain date and it looks like the poor kid will not get it in time. DO NOT order stuff from them in time of holidays as they are apparently incompetent to handle the amount of increased workload.
