Katasztrófa! Már csak a szállitás napján derült ki hogy nem szállítanak Magyarországra illetve visszaigényelni sem tudom a kifizetett termeket mert állítólag meg nem érkezett vissza a raktárba

The goods are not delivered on time. You are not notified that there is a delay. They do not apologize. Hard to reach them by phone.

if something comes broken to you, be advised its automatically your fault and you will have to give them numerous pictures, countless emails and documents signed and scanned etc... never buying again from them
I almost never rate the maximum or minimum amount. (Only if it is really that far on said end.)
I always had Mimovrste in high regard, especially with customer service, but I had a really bad experience recently for which I am sure no eployee was at fault, but only very bad system.
There was this voucher that one could redeem by the end of the month. Therefore, I contacted Mimovrste as instructed with a product and every information they said I needed.
They said, that the order is beeing processed and I should wait for the call. (This was 2 weeks before the end of the month.) They also stated I should not come to the shop itself, since it would be easier that way.
In a week and a half (just a few days before the end of the month) I got an email, that said the product is not in stock anymore. (The site showed it in stock the whole time, until that mail.) They asked me, to send them an alternative possibility that I want to order (again, that was a few days before the end of the month)
Just to be sure, I sent 5 possible alternatives. I wanted to be sure the product wouldn't go out of stock.
But then again, at the end of the second last work day of the month, I got an email none of them were in stock.
At the last day, I decided I do not care about digital ordering and went to the shop itself (where they told me I should not go) and asked for a product there. They told me to look up on the phone and order one of those and come back to the counter.
When I did that (chose one of those the phone said are in the shop itself), they told me at the counter that product is no longer in the shop. (it was probably 'just taken')
We repeaded that three times untill there was not anymore product I would get for the voucher and I went home emptyhanded.
The worst part is, I could use the voucher in different shop and got the product I wanted.

Najslabša internetna trgovina. Četrtič se je že ponovila zgodba, da so 3 tedne prelagali dobavo in 4 teden me obvestili, da izdelka ni. Zelo neresno poslovanje. Prodajajo kar nima niti partnerski dobavitelj na zalogi.
Niso zaupanja vreden trgovec.
Poplnoma neprofesionalni.
Ordered more stuff from them . Sometimes it takes to deliver really long as they drop ship most of items. Also buying on company there is no returns!
Scammers, wanted to return item and instead of throwing me in refund process they filed claim as item was defected so it will take longer and possibly not even I will get a refund. Stay away.
Shipping time is terrible. They mention it will take 3 days and then it takes additional 7 days for a product to arrrive. They don’t even send an additional email that the delivery will be late/postponed. Worst site ever
I ordered a mouse that was in stock. I selected express delivery for the next day. The item supposed to be at my home today already but instead I have to wait until tomorrow because they did not ship it until today and I really need a new mouse for work and I have this mouser with half buttons not working and the left click does double click all rhe time!!
I am very long time vip user and lately whatever I order I get delay on deliveries, I often cancel them or I do not even get a delivery and I am very disappointed.
On this site you can buy almost everything, which is good. But the shipping fees are very high, delivery times are long and unreliable.
As others have said, they just lie about items being in stock. I recently ordered an item that was supposed to be "In stock" and available for pickup the next day. As soon as I had paid and completed the order it showed that the item would actually be available in 8 days! And this is not the first time this has happen to me.
Also you have to pay a fee of 90 cents even if you pick up the order in the store. But the worst thing is if you order multiple items that do not have the same expected delivery date, they charge you the fee for each one and you can't even choose to combine the order and pick it up all together.
Unless you do not care when your order will arrive, I would avoid the site and go shop somewhere else.
Popolnoma zadovoljivo. Izdelki so enaki kot drugje, povečini primerljivi po cenah Amazonu, ki je cenejši kot večina trgovin. Politika vračanja je neboleča in enostavna, mnogo bolj kot npr. Big Bang, kjer bognedaj da poskusiš nazaj dobiti denar, čeprav so ga legalno dolžni vrniti.
Edini minus je zaračunavanje pakiranja izdelka... 1.80€, za osebni prevzem je res brezsmiselno. Sicer lahko izdelek kupiš neposredno na prodajnem mestu, vendar tako ni mogoča rezervacija in postopek ni tako tekoč.
Še zadnja mogoča izboljšava z moje perspektive je ob menjavi izdelka - rajši bi dobil nov izdelek, kot plačal nov izdelek ter nato čakal denar in vmes kupil nov izdelek.
I've been a customer of theirs for about 3 years now and never have I had the order go smoothly.
So far, the same thing has happened every time:
I order a product, wait 2 weeks to get it delivered, receive a malfunctioning, beat up or even opened and broken product, take it back, wait another 2-3 weeks for them to evaluate the order and/or product, and wait for the refund (if they decide to give me one). Then I get to order a new item and again, wait 2 weeks to get it delivered and pray to god that I get a new, working one.
Hey, I get it, sometimes (or EVERY time with mimovrste) things don't exactly go according to plan. But what takes the cake with this seller is their nasty behavior when it comes to communicating with their customers. If you're lucky enough to get an email, since they tend to ignore people for months on end, it will most likely be snarky and passive aggressive.
Do yourself a favor and find another site to shop from.
Used to be a great shop, now it's just a bad extension of mall.sk. Their stock info is a lie. It says they ship stuff in stock the same day, but in the last year I had to wait up to a month for them to send stuff that was supposedly in stock. And I hate their deceitful tactic of 'last item available, order now'. Trust me, if it says they have only one item left... they don't. Also, absolutely no quality control over what they offer. There are some infamous hdmi cables that conduct electricity from your monitor to your motherboard and they can literally destroy your computer. Mimovrste sells those cables even after being warned about them.
Ridiculously long delivery times for a store 50 km away...
Mimovrste now charges for personal retrieval of goods, it used to be free.
Also they keep sending nagging mail, no option to unsubscribe.
Not the company they used to be.
