Popolnoma zadovoljivo. Izdelki so enaki kot drugje, povečini primerljivi po cenah Amazonu, ki je cenejši kot večina trgovin. Politika vračanja je neboleča in enostavna, mnogo bolj kot npr. Big Ban... Toon meer

It used to be a great shop, like a Slovenian version of Amazon, but it has just been going downhill. Now you have to pay a lot for delivery in most cases, even for tiny packages, or subscribe to a subscription service for “free” deliveries.
I have been waiting for a small package (a water bottle) for over 10 days now, with the packaging not even being shipped yet. It was supposed to arrive quite a few days ago, but the order status remains unchanged and says they haven’t shipped it yet. Tried contacting cistomer service but cannot find any helpful email or chatbox where I could receive help for this issue.

i bought a gaming pc over mimovrste(this was few year ago,in sept 2022), and went to pick it up. the pc was phisicaly there and i had the money to pay, but there was an issue with their system and they didn t let me take it, i dont understand how does something so stupid happend. so the worker placed the order again and we had to come another day so the system can process the order, so we came the next day (45 minute drive btw) and guess what, the same thing happends again. so i go home and the third day we have finaly got the chance to buy the pc. also i didn t reallize this at the time since i knew so little about computers, but the computer was super overpriced, i paid 1000€ for a gaming pc that cant be worth more than 600€, like do they charge 400 just for putting the parts togeder???. the worst possible experience, dont shop there.

Ne priporočam. Izjemno zanič izkušnja, tudi ena zvezdica je preveč. Spletna stran prikazuje izdelek na zalogi(!), ga daš v košarico (celo rezervira izdelek za 20 min ta čas!), potrdiš in plačaš (plačano pred potekom 20 min). Dobiš potrdilo o plačilu na email. Nato pa naslednji dan samovoljno prekličejo nakup, češ da partner izdelka nima na zalogi. Po zakonodaji bi morali plačan izdelek tudi dostavit po plačani ceni (niti ni bila napaka v ceni ali podobno). Problematično je, ker moraš na vrnitev denarja čakat, da boš potem izdelek drugje kupil. Če ne bi imel ravno darilnega bona, ne bi pri njih nikoli kupil. Kode za darilni bon so sicer povrnili, so pa samovoljno skrajšali rok uporabe na september 2025 (originalno je bil 2026). Njihov odnos je totalno neprofesionalen, niti dodatnega popusta zaradi nevšečnosti ne ponudijo pri naslednjem nakupu. Preprosto prekličejo plačano naročilo. Najraje niti darilnega bona ne bi izkoristil pri njih.

After placing my last order, after 8 says, ordered item still not available for pickup, no possibility for expediting, they only reply that exact date of availability is not known (even though that when I placed the order, item was reported as available at the supplier). Terrible experience, bad service, never again!!!

Extremely unreliable delivery dates (twice in one month), parts of parcels get cancelled after a week of waiting (on a shipment that was supposed to be in stock and available next day).
Neodziven support, na odgovor čakaš dokler pošiljka ne konča v nekem XY skladišču, na pritožbe se ne odzivajo, neustrezno pošljejo produkt, kljub dodatnemu doplačilu....
Forever kids smart watch…3 times in repair still not working. Wont refund. Once they change the charging cable with old used one. Save your money and time and do not buy from them.

Disaster of a shop. I have been their client for many many years (VIP status in few recent years), but the shop will soon be dead if it's going to continue like this. The last order was cancelled by them, no notification whatsoever, money still not returned.
They are very arogant and have the worst reclamation service!!
.We ordered a chicken coop, which we paid via Visa, because we don't live in Slovenia.
It was intended as a gift.
The package arrived at the address undamaged, but the Kurnik itself was very damaged, so it was packed like that.
When we wanted to exchange it, it was not possible, when we wanted to return it, we would have to drive it ourselves to Ljubljana (60 km away) or pay the postage ourselves, because they do not cover it, except for smaller packages.
They also do not return money except to an account opened in Slo.

I'm sorry that I didn't listen to my relatives who already had complications with this site.
I was shopping at Mimovrste since their beginning 20 years ago... but quality of services has declined to the point that I'm cancelling my account. Delivery dates get changed without notification, there is no information given when items will be available, you can ONLY contact them trough the phone, and even on the phone they are not helpful at all. Customer service is unhelpful and uninterested. You can get same items for lower price, faster delivery and kinder service elsewhere!
I've bought frequently at Mimovrste. Didn't have too many issues, it was also not a too exciting experience.
But hope your products keep working! My headphones have a very annoying loud crackling sound in the left earcup (180 EUR headphones).
The product has been returned twice, and I received it untouched twice. The same issue persists. I got a letter that says that it has been testing 10 times 6 hours and the machines have not established the issue. Funny, a human needs to listen 3 seconds to establish this thing is broken. Since they won't repair it and suggest me court action, I guess this is it.
