Love my purse. It holds everything for my day to day activities, and yet still has room for extras when I

Minooy counterfeits are popping up lately. We have also received several customer feedbacks that they can buy bags similar to Minooy at very low prices in online stores, but the quality of the bags is not good. Here, Minooy reminds you to recognize the Minooy trademark when buying, and don't just buy cheap bags of inferior quality.
Minooy recommends you to appeal if you pay by Paypal; you can chargeback if you pay by credit card.

I purchased two bags on a whim and changed my mind immediately. I was especially worried that the product was shipped from China. I did not trust customer service would step up in case of a problem. My worries were completely unfounded. When I contacted them via email to cancel the order, it was done within a day. They replied very promptly although the only means of communication is by email. I already have the refund. Impressive customer service.

Leather dye issue
The purse is the right size and perfect for carrying a a lot in a small container. Unfortunately, the dye in the leather was not sealed properly so the cross body strap has stained a few of my shirts. I had to throw the shirts away because the leather dye is hard to get out. I haven’t used the since then and will probably replace it with something similar that won’t damage my clothes while using the product.

Beautiful bag, leather is exceptionally beautiful. High quality. Fit snd finish (zippers, sewing, pockets) are also of the highest quality. Quite frankly, I never expected to get this quality at the unbelievable low price it cost. I was much more than pleasantly surprised.

The Thea crossbody blue bag I bought is so lovely, very well designed ,made of a nice and soft leather: I use it all day long and at last I stopped dragging big and non elegant bags!It is delivered in an elegant box, in the due time. I purchased the Thea Crossbody in brown over year ago. LOVED it, wore it every day, traveled all over - perfect hands free bag. Great weight, compartments were just right for my everyday travel needs.
Part of the leather on the back became thin and the underlying membrane/support was starting to show through. I emailed Minooy, honestly not expecting much of anything, however, they responded within 24 hours, asked for photos and offered several options for replacement - all at no cost to me. True to their word, a replacement new Thea bag arrived today. Very impressive. A company that still knows what customer satisfaction stands for. Highly recommend this product.

Took forever to get the purses
Took forever to get the purses. Ordered a month before vacation and didn't have them before I left. The purses are nice but heavy! Once you put items in them the are too heavy to be crossovers.
