Having shopped around all over the place trying to find the right garden set at the right price, we finally discovered Mint and were immediately impressed by the choice available and the value.

Ordering was super easy and communication throughout was superb.

The delivery was smooth and everything arrived exactly as described and we really love the quality and comfort!

Will definitely come back to Mint and have already recommended to our friends.

I’m writing a review on my experience thus far and out of frustration. I am usually never one that writes bad reviews but I do so now out of desparation. It is rather bizzare that for a company who has an overwhelming amount of good reviews, that some of us can have such an extremely opposite experience, ie. awful.

I ordered on 23 April. I never received an email within 24 hours as promised on their website, so emailed customer services who replied to apologise. Estimated delivery date was 2-3 weeks between 2-12 May and I ordered the cover separately so that I would receive the set first, in time for the end of May bank holiday, and the cover would come w/c 6 June. 12 May came and went and nothing. I chased an update and was told that there was a shipping delay because of the Strait of Hormuz closure (even though I’ve since seen someone else say they received correspondence to say the sets come from Vietnam which presumably wouldn’t go through Hormuz…). Anyway, 6 June came and went and still nothing, no garden set let alone a cover. I chased an update and made the point that I ordered the sofa set and cover separately, specifically to receive the garden set first (whicj cost more than if bought in a bundle). Mint refunded me the difference, which I thought was great customer service. I was told that the shipment with the set and cover should arrive by 12 June. Heard nothing in the meantime. Chased on 12 June and was told it had arrived and the delivery partner would text me with a delivery date. On 15 June I received an email from Right Road Logistics confirming that they had the goods, they would text through delivery details and would deliver within 5-10 days. Heard nothing. I emailed them and rang them. No response. I went back to Mint Customer Services who apologised and said they would escalate. At this point Mint said that I shouls hear from them with a delivery date within 5-10 days, not be delivered of the goods within that timeframe. Confusing, buying more time maybe? Anyway the timeframe passed on both counts. They said twice that they would “come back by the end of tomorrow with a delivery date”, but it never happened.

I am on week 9 of waiting now and I still don’t have anything to show for £550 I’ve given this company. When I said unless I receive a delivery date I would be requesting a refund Mint said they would escalate to the manager at Right Road Logistics. Still nothing has happened. In the meantime people who have ordered less than a week ago are leaving reviews that their goods arrived within 2 days.

Mint customer services has been responsive and friendly but by now, when more than reasonable time has passed since ordering, the original estimated delivery date has well past, there is so much of “thank you for your patience” I can take. I’ve also noticed Right Road Logistics’ name and address are on Mint webiste, so although they are referred to as “delivery partners”, I do wonder how separate they actually are from Mint, as they give the impression, by referring to them as a “delivery partner”.

I’ve emailed to tell them unless I receive a delivery date by next Friday, I am requesting a full refund on the basis that they are in breach of contract.

Can they just not be bothered to drive to north Wales from Kent maybe? It’s a lovely area… anyway I JUST WANT WHAT I’VE PAID FOR! If I do actually receive my order I will update my review…

Having ordered the Palma rattan suit from another company I have struggled to purchase a suitable cover for 2 years now. I noticed Mints advert in my daily paper and ordered the appropriate cover.
I was kept informed of my order, supplied tracking details with the day and time of delivery which arrived as promised.
In faults whatsoever, cover is perfect for my needs and would recommend Mint to others.

I ordered the Stockholm set on the 18 June, it was delivered 24 June!
The set is so easy build, just one screw wouldn't fix in place, other than that, this is a perfect buy. Ive been outside everyday on this and there is no misshapen cushions.Soo comfy, great quality fabric. Delivery drivers placed the boxes where I was going to build the item. I would definitely recommend Mint Outdoors, from start to finish.

Ordered a beautiful garden furniture set from MINT and their communication was excellent. They did not have the original colour I ordered and offered a different one (which was originally more expensive) for the same price so we would get it sooner.
We are really happy with our new furniture and have been enjoying it loads. It looks great and very comfortable.

Mint Outdoor were very professional and efficient. After ordering there was quick confirmation and email from them to give details of delivery. The garden furniture was fairly easy to assemble and the quality is very good. It looks stylish and is very comfortable. Great value for money too.

Product was absolutely perfect for what we needed and looks even better in person. I was kept in the loop when there was an issue with delivery due to shipping issues but I spoke with a lovely lady who provided all the information. Super happy and will definitely order from them again

I ordered a garden furniture set as a gift for family members having seen an advert in a gardening magazine. It was simple to place an order for which I received an immediate confirmation. Delivery was scheduled for 5-10 days and was promptly delivered on schedule. Excellent communication from Mint throughout. Furniture is as advertised, well made and easy to put together. I would definitely recommend this company.

A txt or call on day of delayed delivery time would have been appreciated as i had no communication about the 3.5 hr delay and had waited in specially.
Apart from that the product is wonderful and easily assembled.

The reason for giving only 4 stars was that the item was ordered at the end of April and received in the middle of June. However this was not the fault of the company!
The delay was due to the trouble in the straits of Hormuz. I was kept informed of the delay at all times and I cannot fault Mint Outdoor. There service was first class.

Great communication throughout about delivery date, and actually arrived a few days prior to estimate. Really pleased with quality and relatively easy to assemble. Delighted with our new furniture set. Have already recommended Mint to friends.

Pre ordered the Palma Grey Rattan Garden Lounge Set and Cover Bundle and was kept up to date regarding delivery and when it arrived the delivery guys were awesome.
Really pleased with the set as it far exceeded our expectations- amazing value for money- many local shops have had similar sets available for around the same price but nowhere near the same quality. Weve had lots of compliments on it already and the summers only just started. Highly recommend 👌

As my review wasnt completely positive, they didnt pay me or reply to any of my further emails. It is against trust pilot to allow this kind of payment so i would be very careful before reading all the positive reviews.

After seeing the advert for the Mint Stockholm-Chaise- Lounge-Set, we placed our order on the Sunday night, delivery was on the following Thursday. We were given a date for delivery, which we accepted, the delivery guys phoned to say they'll be with us in 30 minutes. Two really pleasant guys, who carried the box around to the rear of our property.
The Rattan is sound with no loose pieces. The cushions are really comfortable and thick.
I can highly recommend this company and the Stockholm set.
Customer Service are really good as well.
The only gripe I had was that fitting some of the screws with the Alan key was a little bit fiddly.

Ordered a corner garden furniture set. Arrived within 10 days delivered. Crew were really helpful who delivered it. Really happy with the set, cushions are high quality and it looks great.
