I ordered the Palm Grey set.
Mint kept in touch to let me know when delivery would be. The quality of the product is great and very good value for money. Several people have thought it was a lot more expensive than it was!

Ordered beginning of April, still no delivery date!
Edit: although the original time frame was as you stated I did receive an email stating it would be delivered week of 8th June. It finally arrived in the UK in the early hours of 24th June. Wasn't until I threatened to tell PayPal to cancel the order that I finally got a delivery date.

Ordered a Palma garden sofa set, delivered when it was due without any issues. Slightly difficult to build especially the corner section but once it was done it looks great and perfect in the garden. We ordered a cover with is really good quality and now going to order the cushion box to match.

Good product for a sensible price easy to build and comfortable

Overall an excellent quality product and a decent price.
The furniture was delivered really quickly (within a week of ordering) and couldn’t fault the communication from both the company and delivery people.
The furniture items were not the easiest to assemble and one of the holes didn’t line up at all. However, I would say don’t let that put you off as the end result is worth it. In hindsight I wish I’d have paid extra for them to be assembled so if you can afford it, recommend considering this option.
Covers also look a tad lightweight but haven’t been put to the test yet as weather is nice. Will see how they fare in the winter months.
In summary, great quality products at a competitive price, would recommend.

Was a bit dubious at first but I got to say they have been amazing throughout we have saved £200 on a set which is similar in the range will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Delivery was when they said it would be at time of order & put into the back garden as requested.

Easy ordering process. Used AI assistant to help me decide which one. I had a message to say furniture was going to be delivered on the estimated day given when ordered. Was unsure if I was going to be in to accept it - called the number, where the assistant was very helpful , she made notes and reassured me that I’d have a call. Putting the set together in the heatwave nearly finished the other half off but we’re so happy with the product. Highly recommend MINT. Only downside was the waiting time (but that was because I’m v impatient and wanted to finish my garden makeover).

We ordered the cushion box to match the Palma set we had purchased last year. The box arrived very fast and was easy to build. The cushions fit perfectly.

Excellent service, great product and price and quick delivery. Would definitely use again.

My payment to Mint left my bank on 16th March 2026. My furniture was due to arrive 23rd March. It has still not arrived. I have had a further update - arrival w/c 22nd June. No furniture and no update. Two emails unanswered. The phone number does not connect. Panicking now as the order was £799. Am now contacting the bank as I am worried that this has been a scam. AVOID.

The order process was easy for a replacement set of furniture covers, and the delivery was fast. The delivery driver was so polite, can’t fault Mint Outdoor and will shop again when we are looking to add to our garden furniture.

Simple experience to purchase a garden sofa set. Discounts made the item great value and the quality is great too.
Comfortable and substantial look forward to enjoying it for many years.

This is a review for the Stockholm Chaise Set. £349
The customer service of this company is fantastic. I had to contact them a few times due to delivery issues because of the middle eastern conflict. For obvious reasons things had been delayed but they kept me updated via email. The were also friendly and really helpful with other questions I had, that you answered within a day. The whole ordering has been great, my main problem is I didn't realise it was flat pack furniture. It took 3/4 of a day to assemble 4 pieces of furniture due to an issue like a couple of bolts not lining up with the holes due to the welded corners being bent. So we had to get pliers and try and bend it back to get the bolt and hole to line up. We unfortunately just wasn't able to fully match one of the bolts to the hole. So that bolt and hole in particular isn't fully tightened in place. Thankfully after a lot of work we eventually got all the others lined up and tightened so fingers crossed that one doesn't become an issue. Also the actual tightening of the bolts was incredibly time consuming and fiddly. You haven't got a lot of space to tighten up the bolts and you could only do a 1/4 turn at a time, which was so annoying. You can't use a drill to help and make it quicker because of the tight angles and limited space, so you have to use the Allen key supplied which also was not even fully functional so we had to use our own. Also if you've got a bad back or bad knees I don't recommend it due to all the contorting and kneeling you have to do to get to these things in.
One good thing about it is the cushions are deeply filled and the material is lovely not thin and uncomfy like some are, so very impressed with that. Obviously we didn't pay top price for the set so you get what you pay for and you can tell by the bolts it's just conveyor belt manufacturing. Overall the furniture itself looks lovely and is comfy to sit on when finally assembled. It's just ashame about the time consuming assembly. The company is amazing the 4 star is for how good the customer service is, and how lovely the furniture is after assembly. I just think they need to re think the design. Its a great purchase for people who want lovely garden furniture for a good price, just be prepared for the usual flat pack headache.

Order arrived promptly and the delivery team were polite and efficient. The furniture is of a high quality and was exactly as described. We would recommend Mint to anyone.

Absolutely over the moon with both the product and the service. It suits our garden beautifully and came earlier than expected. Will be recommending and using again

Simply brilliant. Delivery was next day. Immaculate communication and the furniture has totally transformed our garden. Comfortable and super stylish. And an incredible price. I don’t know how they do it! My neighbours bought a set too!
