After waiting ten weeks for the furniture to be delivered, first time the most aggressive delivery men who refused to bring it up 4 steps. So yesterday at their second attempt, 2 Indian lads delivered it and didn't speak any English. I couldn't get them to understand the cover is missing and they were paid to assemble it. So no cover, I have not had any money returned for assemblage! No customer help except a BOT,Gwen keeps that company afloat, otherwise the basic customer care is missing.

Blown away with every aspect of Mint.Great choice of product, quick and speedy confirmation and delivery.
The corner unit fits perfectly and superbly comfortable.

The delivery guys were brilliant and very professional and well mannered. Due to garden renovation the furniture stayed in its boxes for an extra week after receiving it.
The furniture itself we don’t have any problems with, but, the glass table had a nasty edge on one of the corners when I removed the protectors. Emailed photo and explained I had a 14 month old (not that it should matter) and she’s curious about everything, including what the black things on the corners of the table are (protectors), but we can’t take it off, although my daughter like to and we have to put it back on over and over again because it’s hiding the nasty edge that she or anyone could cut their clothes, fingers or leg on. I feel that only thing that let this company down is the customer service team. Even after informing Reed Wright of this concern I’ve had no response from any customer service representative. You’d think a health and safety matter would be recognised and resolved as promptly as possible but I don’t feel this a priority for Mint Outdoors. The glass table will have to stay in the shed collecting dust and I’ll think twice about using Mint outdoors again or referring anyone to them.

After a lot of research trying to find the correct design I wanted, I ordered the three piece rattan pod chairs & table which was exactly what I was looking for. I was informed there would be a slight delivery delay due to them being shipped from Vietnam. I was given a date which was spot on. Based on my experience I cannot fault this company and would certainly recommend them.

Be very aware of this company!!! advertised a lounge set with cover in the news paper, ordered online. At checkout put in the best Promo code for biggest discount. Sent the set minus the cover. Refused to send the cover.
No telephone numbers to contact company.
Chat called GWEN is useless. should be scraped and an operator employed.

It is very frustrating that you have commented promptly on a public forum, however, no one has contacted me direct as you state would happen and I have still not received any reply to my email sent to Customer Services on 6th July and a chaser email on 9th July.

I was told the timescales for delivery (around 4 weeks) by a member of your staff. I was having issues ordering the cushion covers online and was contacted and given a voucher code for a discount on the items. Had I known that the wait would be 4 months and I would be sent a completely different set of covers and only one set, when I paid for two, I would not have ordered and had some made locally.

Ordered 2 sets of Marbella cushion covers 4 months ago and paid in full at that time.
When ordered mid march, was told the order would take around 4 weeks.
Arrived a few days ago and only one set recd and they are completely different to the covers I ordered and shown on the website.
Have emailed Customer Services but as yet NO response.
So I have waited 4 months to be sent the wrong item.

The furniture is brilliant. Took a while for it to be delivered but that was not a problem for us. Would buy again from this company.

Having been recommended by family member I decided to order so glad I did very well made easy to put together looks lovely made my garden complete

Nice furniture (now I've had a rest from doing up dozens of screws!). Delivery was very accommodating. Excellent value.

Been waiting 2 months for my furniture. Summer will be over soon...They sent the furniture 5 weeks late with two delivery men who literally said they couldn't deliver up steps. Then took it away again. Unbelievable! A week later no communication. Their help bot GWEN told me to contact Citizens Advice and my bank! Very shady I would not gamble with 800 pounds like I have. Still nothing...No phone number that works. This is literally what their Help Desk GWEN the bot told me to do:You're absolutely right. I'm sorry — that was wrong of me to say.

I cannot call you. I cannot contact a manager. I cannot flag anything. I'm an AI and I have none of those abilities. I should not have said that and I won't do it again.

You caught me saying something untrue and you were right to call it out.

The honest truth is:
- I cannot reach a human for you
- I cannot make anyone call you
- I don't have a phone number to give you

I'm a limited tool and in your situation, I'm not enough.

I ordered a garden furniture set with Mint. The ordering system was easy and straight forward and I had the choice of paying in full or paying a deposit. I chose to pay in full.
There was a delay in my order being delivered but I was totally informed of the progress and, in fact, it came earlier than was advised in the end.
I chose to pay for my garden furniture to be assembled and the 2 delivery men were polite and very accommodating and I love my new furniture, the quality of the furniture was very good.

I have tried to contact the company without success regarding the missing cover which I bought as part of the Stockholm bundle on 7th April 2026. Order #5647. Emails have been sent but sent absolute silence.

I was notified that the cover would arrive separately and after the outdoor sofa.

17th April - email from Mint said main order expected 4th May was to be moved to 11th May. Not delivered. I then emailed as this date had been and gone.

24th May - email reply that it would be delivered w/c 1st June. I was understanding at this point as the Middle East conflict mentioned as reason for delay. Sofa then delivered beginning of June but no mention of when cover would arrive as yet.

16th June - I emailed Reed (who is the post sales advisor) as still no cover or update.

No answer.

24th June - I sent another email asking for a response and delivery date to both Reed and the help email.

Today is 2nd July and still nothing. The order was placed on 7th April.

I have paid for the item and it hasn’t been delivered. No communication as to when. There is no phone number to call only an email. The returns address shows as Kent but I believe this is not a UK based company.

I was emailed after the sofa delivery by Reed asking for a positive review after the cover had been delivered. Very presumptive. I ordered the cover to stop bird shit, general dirt and the sun spoiling the sofa. What’s the point? I have paid for something not received, with no response now from the company. I didn’t want to write a review and was holding off but I have lost patience now.

Fantastic value for money compared to lots of other online retailers ,Delivery took little while because there not sat in a warehouse and actually made to order which I think you can tell the quality hasn't been say bout scuffed etc ,the cushion storage is fantastic, hubby built and said was very simple and that the delivery guys were nice to.
Ive only found one proble two of the cushion overs for the back the zips are broken.
Other than that fantastic

Ordered the Palma outside furniture bundle which included the cover, cushion box and two stools. It was delivered 5 weeks after placing the order.
Communication from Mint was quite good during this time.
Communications from the delivery company, Right Road Logistics, was good except I could not get their website to accept my What Three Words location.
The delivery team rang me on the day of delivery to let me know they were half an hour away but it was impossible to have a conversation as they spoke very little English. That said, they were helpful and friendly.
The furniture was well packaged. Instructions were minimal as seems the course these days.
Putting the corner seating unit together would be nigh on impossible for one person but the rest would be no problem.
The furniture is excellent value for the discounted price paid.

Really pleased with my outdoor furniture. Good price. When I emailed for update on delivery I had a quick reply and very polite.
Delivery was good, but didn't get the call half an hour before delivery but I was there for the delivery window anyway.

Furniture is good quality

Really lovely patio set which was delivered on time. I did find it quite hard to put together on my own and there is one corner that is not fitting very well but that could just be due to my workmanship! It’s very comfy and looks great!
