Lovely outdoor furniture at an excellent price. We bought the Plama Lounge Set looks great in the garden. Assembly was a bit tricky on a couple of bits but manageable with 2 people. Quality for the price would be hard to beat. Regular email updates throughout was excellent. Would definitely recommend Mint for outdoor furniture

I ordered some outdoor furniture for my son ( the same as I purchased several years ago) and communication was excellent with regular updates for delivery dates and times ( within 10 days).

We've never had a garden before, until we recently bought our first home. So we've never had garden furniture before - and it became a thing on the big list that we needed to research, learn about, and buy.

We're not doing very well with our list, we're finding it all very time consuming and difficult. However, our Mint Outdoors garden furniture is a definite success. We found Mint in our internet searches, were impressed by the reviews, and ordered the Palma Set with the cover and cushion box.

The process was smooth, we got a call the next day from the shipping partner who booked us a date within the 5-10 day delivery time guideline that was advertised when we purchased. They did their bit, turned up when they said they would and delivered all the items.

Honestly? It took me all day to build the furniture! I'm sure others will manage better, but it was long day for me crawling around trying to get all the screws in the right place, but the result is fab.

The quality feels good, the cushions are nice and comfortable, the cover and cushion box are great additions. It all feels nice, sturdy, quality, and looks the part.

We found in our research that we could have paid less elsewhere, or more elsewhere, for our garden furniture set - but honestly I think this is the sweet spot. We've not had it long, so can't say for certain how it will last - but as big purchases go, this is one that we are so far very pleased with.

I bought the Kiki l-shaped garden sofa with side tables set and we love it! Great quality, my little one actually 'drew' on one of the tables with a stone and I thought it was all scratched but it must have some kind of protective coating as I just cleaned the scratches leaving it like new again, not one mark left on it and no paint came off. The fabric is also very easy to clean and it looks lovely in our garden. It was also delivered very quickly, a lot earlier than the estimated time on the website and it was very easy to assemble. Great company, I recommend!

The quality of the furniture is fabulous. Communication up to trying to arrange delivery was great too but as there were delays it became stressful. No way of talking to a real person, even though I asked to. Email was the only form of communication open and then that became patronising. Finally managed to communicate directly with the delivery company but that became problematic until I quoted contactual responsibilities and insisted that the manager/directors solve it quickly . Thanks to one very patient lady we eventually agreed a delivery date.

I love my new garden furniture set! It's stylish, comfortable and practical - the modular design means it can be set out in different ways. The build quality seems very sturdy so it will last many years. My only gripe is that it was delivered in one very large box rather than the two smaller boxes stated on the website. The box wouldn't fit through my garden gate so the delivery drivers had to leave it in the street. I was home alone and supposed to be working but I had to unpack the box and get the furniture in the garden in the rain... most annoying! Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Good communication and didn’t wait long for delivery. Drivers were polite and carried my table set to where I wanted it. My rattan sofa and table is stunning, good quality and have had lots of compliments. It’s a joy to sit out on the beautiful British weather we’re all having!

We came across mint outdoor when we were urgently looking for some garden furniture and the price seemed too good to be true, but the reviews were great, so we took a chance and ordered the 6 seater Stockholm set. We absolutely love it, it is so comfortable (even without the cushions) was easy to build, fast delivery and the quality is great! The table is the perfect height and always looks clean, even when it needs a clean! It’s the perfect addition and my favourite part of the garden now. Would highly recommend. The furniture actually made it to my house, which felt like a massive win—until we opened the cover. Instead of the one we ordered, we received a 3-piece jigsaw puzzle designed for a chaise longue.

No worries, though! The correct cover was allegedly shipped on July 9th. Better yet, I was informed it requires a two-man delivery team. Naturally, this makes complete sense. I can only assume it’s being hand-woven from artisan virgin silk and washed in the tears of pure-hearted maidens before two men delicately carry it on a velvet litter across the country.

We’re fine while the sun is shining, but the moment the inevitable British rain hits, our bare furniture will just have to raw-dog the elements. Fantastic stuff, Mint. Truly breathtaking service.

I placed an order for a great deal on the Palma Rattan corner set. Best price on the Internet.
Delivery co called me the following day to schedule a drop, all arrived on time. Took me a bit of time to assemble as on my own, but we'll impressed with the purchase. Great quality product and looks amazing in my garden. Will definitely be back!!

Delivery was due to be 4 weeks but received within 2, very impressed. Cover is good quality and has elasticated loops to hook on seat corners. Very large so no need to tuck furniture in before putting on. Would definitely recommend to protect furniture.

Almost faultless, but any issues aren't enough to deduct a star! From ordering to delivery they kept me updated through emails as to the progress of my order. As a few others have said, there was a little delay from the original delivery window to when it was actually delivered, but only by a few days.

Gwen, the AI chatbot, was helpful in finding out key order information. Not that I needed it, but once you order you do get an email address to contact customer service if needed. Once in the UK and with the partner courier company, they updated me on when the order would be delivered. Small issue here is I was told before ordering that I could choose the delivery date but it turned out I could accept or decline one given to me. If I declined it would take upto 10 days for it to be reallocated. However, they were able to just leave the order in the garden so that wasn't an issue for me.

Item itself is lovely, good quality andand exactly as described. I'm typing this review from the garden on the new furniture!

The only slight niggle I had was that once I ordered, I got regular spam emails from Mint with 'no subject' and nothing in the body. This did make me suspicious for a few days, but that did stop after a while, so possibly just a glitch in their system?
