Our first time ordering from Mint…
Our first time ordering from Mint Outdoor, what excellent service. We ordered an L-shaped dining set for our patio and the price was very competitive. Communication was excellent from the moment our order was processed. The delivery company were also excellent arranging delivery and the drivers were polite and careful with the boxes, double checking yhem and taking photographs of all boxes once delivered. We can highly recommend Mint Outdoor.

Value for money product
Had an incorrect delivery after delays out of Mints control. Prefer phoning but no phone no. Used ‘Gwen’ chatbot, which took me so far and then suggested the email help which would have been better in hindsight. Customer support contacted me and the problem was resolved very satisfactorily. Would have given 5 as product was easy to assemble and good value, but put off by no phone and time taken up sorting out incorrect delivery. Although I was apprehensive about no phone no. I have no complaints as to how Mint dealt with it all.

Genuinely over the moon with our purchase. I wasn’t too sure if it was a ‘too good to be true’ situation BUT from the minute we placed the order the customer service and communication was excellent. Delivery was organised and fulfilled within 5 days of purchase! Wow! We LOVE the product, the quality and the service. Will definitely use MINT again.

Quality product & good service
I have purchased a number of items of garden furniture from Mint over recent years and have always been impressed by the service and the quality of the goods not to mention the keen pricing - hence I am a returning customer.
My latest purchase was a tailor made furniture cover to replace an off the peg light weight one from a random supplier which didn't survive the winter!!

Was hopeful
Dont bother. Still havent recieved my order, almost a month now. Their emails dont work, their phone lines dont work. They will reply via messenger but only if its about certain stuff then will completely blank you and not reply to any messages. I would stay well clear of this site. Its just a headache. Just order from somewhere else.

Very good experience with Mint outdoor. Purchased a Palma outdoor furniture set X6 seat grey. Communication and delivery spot on from the dates given in advance via a telephone call to the actual delivery date and time. Delivery slot on the day on time plus the team delivered to the rear garden. 10/10
Assembly instructions for the build very clear and I was able to assemble completely on my own. All assembly fittings were also all there in the bag, probably a first compared to most flat pack furniture. Finished product looks a good build and quality feel from the aluminium framed rattan frame to the grey cushioning that are washable ( another + ). A great addition to the garden, will be well received and used going forward with family and friends over for evening's out with BBQs. Would buy again in the future. Recommended.

Good quality garden furniture
Simple ordering process, quick delivery service arrived around 7am on 4th day after order.
I self assembled in the garden all parts bolts nuts & washers were present and assembly was a simple process.
The cover fits well and will protect the furniture from the elements when not in use.
Overall the furniture looks great and fits well into the garden.

Delighted with our super comfortable Palma corner sofa set
We are delighted with our Palma corner sofa furniture set. It was delivered within the stated timeframe and we were updated at every step. We are super happy with our sofa dining…
We are super happy with our sofa dining set. It looks fab and is great quality. I was a little worried about ordering something without having seen it first but was very pleased when it arrived. Ordering was easy and the delivery was quick and efficient (lots of communication and gave us a 2 hour slot which was helpful). We knew it was going to require assembly and it was easy to put together and relatively quick given the size (took me and my husband a couple of hours to do the sofa, table, and cushion box. We ordered the cover, which I would definitely recommend as it means we don’t have to take the cushions off every night. Overall, would definitely recommend it.

Furniture all came packaged really well. Afterwards I realised I could have got the cover half price if I had ordered when I ordered the furniture. I emailed and straight away it was honoured and got my cover half price. Really good communication and I am very impressed.
