Nice set but hard to put together
Purchased the Stockholm Rattan Grey 4 Seater Garden Chaise Lounge & Armchair Set and a Palma storage box. The furniture is very attractive and comfortable to sit on. Assembly was a different story. Hole alignment on some of the pieces was way out. The lid of the cushion box should have 4 bolts but only the outer ones would fit. Had to enlarge holes on both elements of the chaise set to get the bolts in. So not the best experience but nice when it's done.

Beware if you want to return anything!!
We tried to return furniture that was too big for our garden by following the returns process on the company website. We wrote 6 emails but they did not reply. The credit card we used to purchase the product began a dispute process. I paid the collection fee. Once again no reply on when the unwanted furniture would be picked up. The furniture is so big it's taking up our car parking space and there is now damage to our car as a result of parking on the road - the cost of repairs will have to come out of our pocket. This if the worst customer service we have ever encountered.

Website looks good , easy to order and confirmation was quick , delivery within 7 days went smoothly.
Products are what you pay for , quite tricky to put together holes in the wrong place , 1 part alittle wobbly but sturdy with alittle d.i.y
Wouldnt put me off ordering from them again , think its hard to buy anything decent nowadays .

UPGRADED
I received my Stockholm Corner dinning set yesterday.
The courier rang me to say he was on his way half an hour before delivery.
The set arrived in two big boxes and I arranged all the items on the lawn, I must say I was impressed by the quality as soon as I opened the box.
I am 74 and I completed the job by myself in two hours. It is difficult to go wrong just partially fit each screw before tightening. I did have a tool for Allen screws in tight corners.
My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the set not only does it look good it’s really comfortable a step up from our wooden table and chairs.
The set came with a cover which does look the part when fitted.
This is really good buy especially at the sale price

Excellent Value
Communication was superb. Importing from Vietnam with shipping vagaries, production delays, customs etc took longer than expected but I was kept informed along every step of the way... impressive in these days of appalling customer service. The garden furniture quality, exceeded expectations. In fact, we have seen very similar products in garden centres at over 2 times the price paid. Very happy and highly recommend this company.

Great service and great product!
We bought the Oxford 5 Seater Rattan Sofa Set and we love it!
The sofa and armchairs are very comfortable and the table is a great size, perfect for drinks and nibbles!
It was in stock and only took 4 working days to arrive, which was amazing.

Ease of ordering. Excellent communication regarding confirmation of order and keeping you informed of progress and delivery date. Putting the garden furniture together required 2 people and wasn’t so straight forward. No instructions on how to use the furniture covers and still haven’t worked it out. Overall I would order other items if they matched.

From start to finish really good experience quick easy transaction and speedy delivery and helpful delivery team also. Happy with my purchase and would highly recommend. I thought I would have to assembly the sofa but it all came complete, excellent just unpack and go.

We ordered the Palma Grey Rattan Garden Lounge Set, Cover and Cushion Box Bundle for £649. Ordered on 11 July and delivery was offered for 19 July which was a pleasant surprise (we were away so delayed it until 26 July). Brilliant communication for delivery.
Quality of item looks good for the price. It is quite fiddly to put together (Allen keys) but just take your time. Would advise 2 people to build.
For the price I'd recommend this set if you are looking for new garden furniture. The 3rd party delivery company called Reach were also very good.
