Everything was going pretty well with this company, good communication, medication was delivered on a regular basis. Then out of the blue, they titrate me up to a higher dose and used a totally different pharmacy. I did not ask to increase my medication nor did they tell me they were increasing my medication. I was continuing to lose weight on the lower dose, so why did they change my prescription without discussing it with me first? That is not proper practice at all.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would--this company lies and cheats and then claims that they did nothing wrong. I prepaid for a 3-month supply of tirzepatide. When it arrived, the vial contained about 1/2 of what would be required to cover 3 months (based on the instructions on the vial) but it said 0 refills (and didn't come with enough syringes to cover the entire period anyway). They completely ignored my online requests for information, and their automated help line repeatedly hung up on me no matter what sequence of buttons I entered. When I finally got ahold of someone, he bluntly told me that what I got was for the entire 3 months and accused me of using it incorrectly (like I can't single digit numbers or count syringes). He then claimed that even if it was wrong, it was the pharmacy's problem and not theirs. I repeat: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I went to the three month subscription and I was shorted a vial which they did send in a few days and the next time I ordered a three month subscription, I was also shorted a vial which they are sending today from a different pharmacy.
The Quaker pharmacy they use not so good the first three months supply I got I don’t believe there was 4 mL in the vial but couldn’t prove it so when I received my two vials last week, I measured the amounts and there was only 3.5 mL per vial. I-phoned Quaker and they said well it can be short when you measure it out, which is bogus because I measured with a 100 unit syringe. and if you are taking the maximum dose you need 13 shots for three month. So you don’t have enough for the 13th shot

I have found the customer service wonderful! They answered all of my questions on a timely manner and did everything that I asked. I needed tge meds sent sooner as we were going to Europe and they sent them right away.
Somebody mentioned only getting half a vile. I thought that too so they told me to fill all of the 3 month syringes and I nit only had a 3 month supply but filled 4 more syringes. I pay "450 for 3 months. I just ordered Embody for "380 for 3 months to try it. I have canceled my next shipment but I will go back to mintmed if this does not work.

They are scammers smh like seriously I paid for my medication, then turn around and say the order was canceled, like how if yall took the money. Now they still trying to take money after they the ones said my order was canceled,please people don't use them at all. Look else where they will steal money good thing they can't take money off my account they blocked 🤣 and they bad business PLEASE STAY AWAY I don't recommend.

Writing this review to express my serious concerns regarding the lack of communication and clear instructions provided for my recent medication, as well as an issue with the quantity received.

I received this medication a week ago but was unable to start it for three days because I could not get anyone to answer the phone or respond to my inquiries via the patient portal. When I did receive a response, it did not answer my questions. I have been trying to set up an appointment to speak with someone for over a week, but my calls continue to go unanswered. It is now almost a week later, and every time I call, no one answers the phone. The excuse I receive via the patient portal is that we have high call volume, yet I still get zero response when trying to set up an appointment.

Because there were no instructions included, I did not know how to take the medication. After waiting for a response, I ultimately had to ask someone in a support group for assistance, who advised me to inject eight units. However, I am still unsure if I am doing this correctly and have several questions about the proper administration process.

Additionally, I purchased a three-month supply of this medication, but the bottle I received is not even halfway filled.

Horrible customer service actually non existent. They said they ordered medication for my nausea but never received them. They never checked on me throughout the whole process. Signed up for six months then all of a sudden I was billed for 6 more. I only took 3 months of the first due to side effects. Terrible!!!

I have been using this company for 4 months now and on the Semaglutide. I have lost an average of 3 pounds per week so far! Everytime I message I get almost an immediate response! Every referral I have had I just message them a few days before to just confirm it will be applied and never had an issue after that. They have been beyond a blessing to me and use Hallandale pharmacy which is one of the world's top compounding pharmacies and FDA certified so that was very important to me! They also automatically increase your monthly dose so you know they don't only try and keep you at the lowest dose to save money! I'm not sure why the others have had issues bc myself and every referral I have had love them! Possibly bc they are so new. If you are on the fence give a try you will not regret it!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Very scammy company. I has to stop medication due to lancreatitis they took payment for a shipment I never received. I canceled the order and they attempted payment a 3rd time after being told to discontinue by their physician. Has to cancel my debit card and still have never received a shipment or refund for my last payment.

wonderful customer service , came with ice pack and good packaging the packs were still solid frozen and i live in arizona which is hot . they have a patient portal app to mssg them anytime which you can do on the phone or online they respond quickly . they dont charge more for higher doses its a flat rate charge no matter the dose

They will send you your first medication, even if you get it warm while it’s supposed to be refrigerated. Then they will just rip you off not send it to you. Charge you for it and not give you your $25 referral. Their excuses that demand. exceeds supply! Then don’t sell so much you will not talk to a live person after they hook you!

Scammers…they sell water as GP1. Don’t waste your money, I threw their meds away.

Ordered a trizepitide In March tried to cancel two weeks after was not able to cause the link is broken. They took money out a second time I called immediately after the 185 was taken out of my account cause I get notifications was hung up on by a rude customer service agent who told me if I dispute the charges they will fight it called back spoke with a supervisor who also refused to to return my money and cancel my account she text me a link to cancel the link is a broken link so you can not cancel. Customer service is awful being unable to cancel or refunded before medicine was even sent out is awful. They are a scam business found other reviews as well stating the same thing. I had to report fraud and get a new card number will be contacting a consumer attorney. Using Ro now and it is 1000x better.
