I've sold a house and leased out another with "minus the agent". 5 stars!

Selling a house isn't as complicated as agents would have us believe, photos that are true representation of the real thing may be better than those professional ones that make the room look bigger and better than they really are, i did get that comment from a couple of prospective buyers, using Minus the agent was not only so much cheaper but very easy, we sold two houses using them in 2020 and 2021 and they were great, you can call them and they will guide you. They even took it of the market once sold for us, we use home made for sale signs, the important thing is that people see the sign not how it looks, they buy the house not the sign or the photos. Do it yourself was made easy thanks to minus the agent and we would definitely recommend them if you wish to save thousands...Thank you to the team at MTA

Excellent service, allows privately managed landlords to keep control of their own advertising. Reasonably easy to use, however the screen used to lodge and upload the advertisement could be streamlined a little bit to make it more user friendly. Otherwise, a great service and will use again.

The Minus The Agent team were great. Using the live chat feature, they could type you through any issues you had in listing, and updates on Re.com.au and Domain took place almost immediately.
Anyone who is thinking of selling their house in the current market is mad if they don't at least consider Minus The Agent.
For a fraction of the cost I would have been charged in commission (by my calculations - $499 vs $16k), with a little bit of work in writing a blurb and taking some photos, keeping the house tidy and showing some people through, I accepted an offer within 4 days of listing.
I could have even accepted an offer on the day of listing!
Paying an agent 2-3% of the value of your house, to essentially be a glorified security guard is crazy.

Minus the agent platform enabled me to post our ad on Realestate.com & Domain.com which was very effective & worth the investment. We had plenty of enquiry & sold our home at Auction.

Minus The Agent - If I knew what I know now way back when I first listed our house with an Agent I would not have done so and, gone instead with MInus The Agent. It was a simple process and we received more enquiries than the two in 10 1/2 months with Local Real Estate Agent It was simple to add my photos and words and it was listed on more than one web site for a low price. Would definitely use again except, our next home will be our last.

Minus The Agent provided a very easy way to advertise our unit for private sale. The staff responded very quickly to all inquiries, our ad was uploaded through their hub in a very short time after being submitted. Their user hub made it simple to make alterations when required. We received regular updates on the number of views etc from realestate.com. Notification of interested parties was received either via email or text and enabled us to respond quickly. Settlement of the contract on our unit occurred within 3 months of placing the advertisement. We saved thousands of dollars in real estate agent commission fees by using this service.

Presentation and content very thorough but difficult communications most times when I called even in business hours I was invariably sent to voice message to leave a message ,I think that this small issue could be improved upon..........but apart from that, the experience was fine regards Les Hodges

This was one of the easiest things to do as most homes sell themselves, as no amout of real estate agent input could make any difference to selling only price and demand, i would recommend trying it as the cost is low and the help is available allthe way through the process, and who wouldn't want to pocket that massive commission that is charged for so little work.

Minus The Agent was a great service to use when advertising my rental property. Your add is posted on all the main Real Estate sites, for a fraction of the cost that a Real Estate Agent would charge to advertise. The site is really user friendly and any questions I had were answered promptly. I will definitely use Minus The Agent next time I have a property to rent.
