It was easy to update and change the listing following the initial setup.

Quick Sale
I had a block of land for sale with an agent for over 6 months with no offer. I then used minus the agent and followed up all enquires myself and sold the block very quickly and for a higher price the agent was trying to sell it for. Highly recommend Minus the agent.

It was very straightforward to publish my rental listing, more importantly it allowed me to tailor the listing and adjust things as needed. This was %100 easier than working with agents, I had direct contact with interested parties and didn't have to deal with second hand/fluff updates from agents. After 4 weeks it was rented!
