We used MTA to sell our property in regional NSW in under 8 weeks and not only saved the agent's 2.4% commission and about $3000 in marketing fees but were able to market the property highlighting the features we knew it had, rather than relying on a typical agents bland description and photos. Gopal was very responsive. The MTA app is very easy to use. In the end we achieved a sale price $100,000 more than what the agent had estimated we would get for it. We are very happy with the outcome and very happy with MTA.

Great way to list rentals. It was really easy to upload photos or change the listing via their portal which then automatically propagated to realestate websites. I received immediate email forwarding whenever someone sent an enquiry. I also received prompt emails when prospective tenants submitted an application through realestate.com.au, as a pdf attachment. The process of selecting a tenant was as simple as emailing them and sending them the contract (standard form contract can be downloaded from nsw gov website). All I had to do was complete the condition report and register for an account on RentalBonds online in order for the tenant to lodge the bond money. I am very happy to be saving money on agent commissions.

Can’t believe more people don’t use this option! Super easy to use, incredibly responsive and roughly $20K cheaper than using a real estate agent. I sold my place using just these guys and a conveyancing lawyer and it has been a great experience for both me and the buyer. Would love to see this become more common as a way to make the icky-feeling real estate market more human.

It is very easy to put together the listing ad using their website and it appears on domain.com, realstate.com etc in less than half an hour.
Many of the people who came to view the property were unaware it wasn't through an agent, and some expressed relief that they didn't have to deal with yet another one.

Minus The Agent gave me the opportunity to sell my home without an agent. It was a great experience, and I am very satisfied with the results.

Not impressed with their performance at all. First it took 10 days to get a photographer here, then 3 days to get those photos, then they printed sign and brochures in Brisbane and shipped them to WA which takes another 2 weeks. Like there is no possibility to print these things over here... Communication is very patchy and random. They offer writing help in their ad about the packages but I never got any. Messages from the ad don't get forwarded - stay away from this company! I so regret having signed up with them. A month wasted! Now trying to get my money back...
