Missive has been my one and only email client since 2017, and I honestly can’t imagine using anything else. I’ve never come across a better email client: it’s packed with powerful features, continuously updated, and has become absolutely essential to my daily workflow.

It’s one of those “vital” services I could never live without — worth every single penny.
Customer service is always present, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Updates are frequent and truly meaningful, consistently improving the user experience. The interface is clean, intuitive, and beautifully organized. And the integrations with other apps are powerful and genuinely helpful.

Tried lots of different shared inboxes and Missive had all the features, connectivity, and layout I needed. They also do a great job continuing to build out and add to the system.

I've been thrilled with Missive, since I started using it for my small business a few months ago. I was nervous that it would be too difficult and complicated but the opposite is true. I've been using Missive for two years now, and I can't imagine going back to a traditional email service. This tool is incredibly useful for ensuring collaboration within a single team: shared mailbox and individual mailboxes, assignment of emails based on projects managed by employees, integrated chat. It makes our work more fluid and easier to follow. We've already had to contact support, and the team is super fast and helpful.

Found Missive a couple of years ago and decided not to pull the trial.

Found it again last month and just finished up my trial...

Let me tell you this... it blows Superhuman and any other Email Client (I've tried like 4-5 this year alone) out of the water.

We are a small bespoke webshop in Australia that specialises in refurbishing and remarketing industrial laptops and tablets. As the business grew, our customer communications became harder to manage. Email chains were scattered, it was difficult to track who was following up with which customer, and responsibilities within the team often overlapped or slipped through the cracks. What used to be manageable for one person became chaotic with several people.

Missive has transformed that completely. It has given us a central place to manage communication, assign tasks, and ensure nothing is missed. The ability to assign emails directly to a team member, or to comment and discuss a reply before sending it, means every customer query is handled properly and with confidence. For us, this has been game changing. Automation rules have taken a lot of manual work off the table, such as sorting and tagging incoming emails, or automatically routing requests to the right person. What used to require constant checking and double handling now just flows into the right place.

For me personally, as the director of the business, the difference has been enormous. I was well overdue for a holiday, and thanks to Missive I was finally able to step away for six weeks knowing the team had everything under control. They could continue chasing leads, following up with customers, and even raising invoices without me constantly monitoring what was happening. Actions could still be assigned to me where needed, but everything was clear and well structured, which allowed me to properly relax for the first time in years.

The return on investment has been immediate. The cost per seat might look high once you imagine scaling to a bigger team, but the time saved in man hours easily pays for it many times over. Beyond the software itself, the support team deserves credit too. Whenever I have had a question, they have been quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely engaged in making sure we get the most out of the tool.

It has never let us down, every integration has worked seamlessly, and the whole team enjoys using it. Missive is not just another collaboration platform, it has become one of the most important tools in how we run our business every single day.

Features etc. are great and yeah, every app or service has their distinctive ones. What set´s Missive apart is the tremendously good support - fast reaction times and detailed answers even to minor "problems" that are not in their services but in connections, API calls etc.
I had issues connecting Webhooks and sending the right calls back to their API and they solved every question I had.

I run a customer service agency handling over 700 tickets a day, and we manage everything inside Missive like it’s nothing. I connected 16 inboxes, added a few users, and everything was set up in minutes.

The team at Missive is very reactive and really listens to its user base. They have built software that adapts to many businesses and manages to stay very easy to use. I love the attention to detail, the shortcuts, and the small handy features that I just didn't find anywhere else (like the ability in the mobile app to archive multiple emails at once by dragging left and down).

Also, the app is really fast, whether on a laptop or phone, the experience is seamless regardless of the device. The price is also very fair and adapts well to many types of businesses, compared to other apps that charge a lot for good features.

Total game changer. I have 5 businesses, participate in 2 non profits, and have 6 email addresses and a number of social channels to monitor and delegate to my team. To be able to see it all in one spot, make tasks, pull in help where I need it is invaluable. The amount of chaos this removed from my life is unreal.

As an agency owner it was tricky to find a work app that combined tasks, emails and collaboration. Most apps are too focused on customer service, and when you have to internally work on tasks across different threads that aren't related to CS they seriously lag and honestly end up being so expensive for what they offer.

Missive is made for speed, collaboration and for managing tasks. I love the ease of use, and how simple they make it. Because as soon as you have 50+ emails coming in and a multitude of tasks, things start to get complex fast and that's where simplicity helps.

We manage 1000s of emails with ease. I am VERY HAPPY with Missive and I don't think there are other apps in this space that even work for our need.

They have many native integrations and you can integrate with API and automations via Make and Zapier.

You can easily add your task management apps and whats great is that you can have it all visible inside Missive. Which is so nice when you are using CRM's and other apps.

I really enjoy how Missive is doing business. They KNOW that their customers wishes and needs are what their app should help solve, and they are continuously working to help solve any problem the community shares.

I’ve tried Spark, Outlook, Superhuman, and a few others, but Missive is by far the best email client I’ve used. The interface is clean, fast, and makes it easy to filter through emails quickly. Even though I don’t use their team collaboration tools (what they’re best known for), I love how all my accounts flow into one inbox. I’ve collected multiple email addresses over the years from school, work, and other projects, and Missive saves me from juggling tabs or apps.

Another huge plus is that there’s no limit on the number of email accounts I can connect, even on their most affordable plan. This alone has saved me so much hassle. Other platforms often restrict the number of accounts or charge more for added flexibility. So glad I chose Missive, honestly. Their customer service is also such a strength.

I've been using Missive for a couple of years now, and it's been a game-changer for my email management and team collaboration features. After trying out Front, which was too expensive and bulky for my needs, I stumbled upon Missive, and it's been a little miracle find.

We needed to switch off of Front in ~24 hours because they removed the ability to sync with Gmail.

Missive has been a great replacement and costs less.
