A complete scam. I’ve been emailing for weeks and no response except for one single generic response (after about 4 emails) letting me know someone will contact you in 48 hours.

Ordered 25 February 2024. Still not arrived 12 April 2024.

Sent several requests for update. One reply said much the same as other reviews below, one of which said something about customs taking too long.

Tried to look up my order today 12 April, (which at one point was showing as being at some German Airport), and find their website no longer exists.

Interesting their US eBay shop indicates the "Seller reserves the right to cancel transaction to abusive buyers, WE DO NOT HAVE TO SELL TO YOU!" (their capitals, not mine).

Clearly they have a problem, even with scamming.

Same experience as many others here I can now see. I ordered the product in January. They took the money and, after 4 months, I have never received anything other than a few excuses via email. I am so frustrated but don't know what, if any, action I can take.

Not even 1 star to be honest - no product recieved.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. I doubt this company even exists. Kept receiving the same message via email: the product is with the carrier and on it's way. They would not provide me with the tracking number. Eventually they stopped replying to my email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. AMAZON SELLS THE SAME BED.

I placed an order like many others I read here in late Feb and nothing has arrived. Initially responding to emails but now they are not. Any info on company address that anyone has found?

FRAUD/SCAM!
Ordered 2 dog sofa bed/covers back in Feb and they never arrived.
Emails back & forth- they complained about suppliers/customers etc but now do not reply at all.
This is a Scam- we need to shut this down!

If I could give Negative stars I would . I placed an order on February 24th. It never arrived. Have sent several emails directly on their website and from my email. I haven’t even received a response. I have definitely been scammed !!!!!

I placed an order back in January and it’s still not arrived. I have sent them repeated emails and they keep saying it’s on its way and they are not a scam. They refuse to provide and company details, addresses, names or phone numbers.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT.

LIKE EVERYONE ELSE ORDER MADE IN FEBRUARY AND NO ITEMS DELIVERED. ANSWER EMAILS BLAMING CARRIER- CUSTOMS ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES. DEFINITE SCAM

As with some of the other reviews I’m only giving this company one star as I’m not allowed by Trustpilot to give them 0 stars. Please do not try to purchase any of their merchandise as it clearly does not exist. This is a complete scam. I saw their dog beds on Instagram and ordered one on 13/01/2024. It’s now 24/03/2024 and despite many emails are repeated assurances that the order is on its way there has been no delivery. As other reviewers have said the replies to my emails are full of repeated claims that there was a problem with tracking the order or that it was definitely on its way.

‘We apologize for this delay due to the high demand for the product.
The carrier was not able to provide tracking numbers for all orders, which is why we have launched a parallel review in order to provide our customers with order tracking.’

This is rubbish, the company is clearly fraudulent. Please do not order anything from them, you will certainly lose your money.

Delivery is awful -

Ordered a dog bed in November and still waiting now it’s March 2024
Save the headache and buy from a reputable company as this definitely isn’t one!!!!

I have to apologise. After 10 weeks I thought this was a scam.
However my purchase has arrived and is brilliant. Well made good quality and will do the job.
Would I have ordered knowing would take 10 weeks probably not.
But has arrived and definitely not a scam.

SCAM, avoid.

Same as all the others - Ordered in Dec 23. Never received item, just kept being told the item is on its way and that a refund is not available.

This company is a scam. They take your money and supply lies not products

Only gave them one star because it won’t let me give me zero! Fraudulent thieves. I don’t believe they have anything to sell. Nothing received and same emails as others have received. Recovering costs through my credit card company….

Absolute SCAM.
So disappointed I didnt check reviews first but as this was through Facebook I thought it was legitimate. Ordered December 2023. As per other victims I have had replies to my e-mails all pretty generic messages saying "package has been shipped but the tracking is not yet available, because the carrier has not yet registered all the packages.
As soon as your parcel number is registered, you will receive an email to inform you".
I have reported to my bank, Facebook and Police

Absolute scam do not purchase from this company still waiting for my order to arrive, again DO NOT ORDER from here!

No stars avoid and a total scam. Wish I’d read the reviews first before I ordered. 8 weeks I ordered and still waiting and being advised I can’t get a refund as it’s shipped. However no tracking number and just being robbed off by email. DO NOT BUY from them.
