Extremely Disappointed: 5 Months, No Shipment, No Response
I placed an order for two comic books for a Christmas present on 11/30/25. I still haven't received an update on my order or my order. Only that they were having high volumes of requests in December. Not only has the communication been non-existent but I still don't have my order and it's nearly April.

The books turned out beautifully! Also they informed me right away when the estimated delivery date couldn't be met. I knew that was possibility because it clearly stated that the date was subject to change. However, they still offered me a partial refund when I informed them I had selected a more expensive printing method because I was trying to get them before that date.

The final guides looked good overall, but the process was frustrating and there were still quality issues in the finished product.
The final guides looked good overall, but the process was frustrating, and there were still quality issues in the finished product. We dealt with multiple proofing concerns throughout the process, including dark/blurry images, gutter and margin concerns, page order confusion, and inconsistent color. We also had trouble getting clear answers quickly and had to follow up several times through chat, email, and phone. On top of that, at least one element that appeared correct in the final proof printed incorrectly in the finished guide — on the front cover, the America 250 seal looked fine in proof, but the outline around the “250” was missing in the final printed piece. For a large order with deadlines, the amount of back-and-forth and inconsistency made the experience much more stressful than expected.

Small volume printing
I recently had 5 copies made of a comic I had drawn. The printing was excellent and I'm extremely happy with the results. The process however was only fair. Their site to upload and construct or edit the comic was confusing, especially the border identification. I sent several emails and called to get help and only once was I contacted with assistance.

Due to the recent severe weather conditions across the US, many carriers are experiencing delays, which is unfortunately impacting delivery times. We recommend continuing to check the tracking for the latest updates, and we’re hopeful the rest of the journey will go smoothly from here.
As much as we’d love to have full control, once an order is with the courier, delays caused by weather or other external factors are outside of our hands, which is one of the reasons why we provide estimated delivery dates rather than guaranteed ones.

The printing job is excellent
The printing job is excellent and the quality wonderful. We had a good experience and received our product timely. I would have rated it 5 stars but we had one image in our printed manual that overlapped the first word of a paragraph and it's hard for to unsee now. But overall, it was a positive experience and I will use them again.

There can be a few reasons why colors appear different, such as the difference between how colors display on screen versus how they print on paper. Lighter, pastel tones can also be more challenging to reproduce consistently, and finishes like cover lamination can slightly affect how colors appear.
