I printed a book. Having no idea on paper and cover and spine measurements and paper type . Sent in my request. They contacts me via email pointing out challenges with my design and guided me through. The finished product was amazing. I will use them again. NPS score 10/10

I would rate this a 0 if I could, but sadly, one star will have to suffice. After multiple errors uploading files to their program, my associates and I had to rush an order after getting an associate on the phone. That order was then delayed due to "quality" errors on the printer's side that were not expressed to my team or me in any capacity, no email reachout or phone call. Half the package, containing the ashcans, missed the entire convention, and the ashcans were printed at a sub-industry-standard quality. Truly disheartening to see so many people rave about them, only to receive zero customer service and be treated with disrespect.

I will personally never use them again or recommend them to another creator in need of printing services.

The only self-publishing company I use. Consistent good quality with prices to match. Lots of finishing options and extremely fast turnaround. Professional conduct even when working with NSFW content.

I just received my first order of a booklet I printed through Mixam. I am NOT someone who knows how to design or layout a publication. I basically just uploaded a pdf document created in Word and used Mixam's custom cover design tool to complete the cover. Anyway, my expectations weren't high. But as it turns out, my little booklet looks AWESOME. I'm very pleased with the results and plan to use this service again in the future.

Use of website was clear. Messaging center was helpful for communication. This was my first time using Mixam. I used Mixam based on research on the internet. I typically like to do projects like this with human beings in person to be able to communicate my goals and objectives. However, this experience was smooth and I achieved the desired quality outcomes for both of my book projects as a first time author / publisher of my own books. Time for execution and delivery was efficient. The three test books were delivered earlier than the anticipated timelines. I was pleasantly appreciative.

Overall a great experience, but certain pages are a little blurry compared to the same pages in another book, but with a different cover.

I had never self published before, and what I had seen of people's self-published work looked tacky and cheap. I decided to gamble on my first book of poetry, and I couldn't be happier. First, it was extremely easy. All steps are clearly explained and a cinch to follow. Second, Mixam is extremely low pressure. I had my book finished and sitting in limbo for a week or so while I was deciding whether or not to actually "pull the trigger." I received an email from them that said something like, "Hey -- we noticed your book is in the final stages, but no rush. We'll be here for you whenever you're ready." Wow. Third, their prices beat everyone else put there. Fourth, their Print Link feature allows people to order your book through a link. They take a cut, you get a cut, and everyone's happy. And last, the final product was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It looks so professional and gorgeous and I'm so proud of it. I'm so glad I found Mixam for my first publishing experience; it will definitely not be my last.

The product was more than I expected, and I love the pricing.

The technical support was a positive experience for a first-time user. All assistants except for one were exceptional. The service was 100% positive. Quality of product was excellent. I had difficulty finding and using a template for cover, back, and spine. Explanations could be more helpful for first-time publishers regarding use of templates.

Just received our latest order – as always better than even hoped for results. Taking a Zine to the highest level comes so close to "Book", without the prohibitive pricing. Consistency and great quality control - not to mention the convenient set up for uploading files.

Mixam is my go to for professionally printed material at a fantastic price. I did pay extra for faster shipping on my last order, and it didn't quite arrive when it was supposed to, but weather had a lot to do with that too. Normally, these guys are speedy and efficient! They genuinely print great quality products for fractions of the price of other companies.

Quick turnaround times and the quality is always stellar! (Plus, finally a nsfw safe printer 🎉) I won't go anywhere else for my print stock 😊

They printed our materials in the wrong color, radioactive green, when the design wasn't even green. There's no option for proofs, samples, or color references, so you're left hoping it turns out right.

After we sent photos and video showing all units had the same issue, they acknowledged the mistake and offered a reprint. A week later, they reversed their decision and offered only a 5% refund.

They also failed to provide a return label or address for 18 boxes of unusable material.

We had to reprint elsewhere at rush cost, effectively paying double. Not reliable, not professional, and not a company I would recommend as a vendor.

"As discussed, while we do allow for some variance in color, it does look like the background color on the covers is a bit more green than would be considered acceptable or within that tolerance.
We have two options available, depending on what you would prefer. We can either reprint the copies, knowing that we likely won't be able to have them delivered until around 03/9-03/10. If these need to be used sooner than we can get reprints to you, we can also discount the print cost of the order to keep and use the copies as they are."

First, please stop responding as if you care when your previous lack of response to my emails showed otherwise. At this point, actions matter more than appearances.

Second, do not offer solutions such as reprints if you are not prepared to follow through with them.

Third, if a reprint or initial resolution has already been offered, you need to honor that commitment.

Fourth, please respect your customer. Learn to conduct business properly, fulfill your promises, and stop changing your position.

Fifth, yes!, please send me 18 return labels so I can return all materials and receive a full refund. You already have my information, and I look forward to your prompt response.

Sixth, as I charge by the hour, please let me know who I should send the invoice to for the time spent taking photos, recording videos, sending emails, and responding to reviews.

Seventh, from one business to another, please stop providing explanations and excuses. We simply require a full refund. This matter should be straightforward.

I have explained all this repeatedly in previous emails, yet my concerns continue to be ignored while I receive the same responses over and over. I do not need further repetition.

Do I really need to continue explaining myself? Thank you. but no further discussion is necessary beyond resolving this matter.

The quality of the paper, printing, smyth sewn binding and trimming all turned out great. By using the recommended color profile the colors were true to the screen. Absolutely no surprises. The online editing tool was a breeze. Looking forward to many more books.

Looks great. I was worried about timing but actually arrived early.

I ordered 2 orders for an event. I chose the production and shipping times to get them 4 days before my event. I couldn't order any sooner as we were still finalizing event details but I ordered weeks before the event. Both orders too 3-4 days more production/printing then what I paid for causing them to arrive past my event so completely useless to me. When I saw my order was still in production on the day it was supposed to be delivered I reached out to see if they could expedite it further and ship faster and they said they could not. And that they don't issue refunds since all the timelines are estimates. They literally have different price points and different timeline for production. If they aren't going to deliver on their timelines they offer at different price points, what is the point? This is false advertising.
