What everyone else who gave a 1 star (or less of that was possible). No one calls, only emails (and THAT AFTER YOU AS THE CONSUMER REACH OUT) With some of the same jargon bull$!#@. The order has been shipped so no refund is available. They must be the first company with a shipping warehouse on Jupiter. 2 pairs ordered late Nov 22; I received one, but my grandson didn't like them.
TWELVE DOLLARS LOST IN RETURNING THEM. STILL no receipt of the 2nd pair, AS WELL the FREE" pair that was offered. I just want my money back.
This seems worth a class action lawsuit.

I bought these shoes in Dec 2022 and the first pair got lost. After email them 4 or 5 time. They would say they are on the way. Finally they sent me a new pair after 6-8 weeks later. They came in and they was to big. I emailed them and responce was you can return them but you pay for shipping but they have to go to China and the ups store said they don't ship to China and it will probally cost you 200.00 to send back. Or they said you pick them shoes and give to a friend and we will send you a new pair for 35.00. But they havent refunded them. I emailed them and they said you get two pair for 35.00. I am not the stupid. They want you pay 115.00 total for shoes. I emailed them several times and the people working there are stupid too. I would and will never buy them shoes and I contacted my credit card and they think they are crazy too. I am going to spread the word about these shoes.

I bought shoes for my kid for Christmas back in November 2022. It is March 2023 and I still haven't received them. I keep emailing the company but they keep telling me that the item shipped and can't be refunded. They said that in order for them to be deemed lost, I would have to wait 90 days. I emailed them this week and they still tell me that they wont refund my money. There hasn't been any status update at all or where the shoes are at in shipping. Please don't order from this company. They are nothing but a scam! It is now March 2025 and I still haven't received the shoes nor the free pair that they said that they would send. Truly a scam!

SCAM !!! Bought sneakers in Dec22, and 3
months later have not arrived. They are telling for past 2 months now that item has already been shipped, and cannot do reimbursement. They say they will provide shipping number when available, which never comes. Do not do business with this Company. It's either a SCAM or one of the worst managed companies ever.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They take your money and do NOT deliver their product. Purchased shoes for my son in December 2022, as of today March 1, 2023 I do not have anything and no tracking information. I reached out to the company numerous times and they say they've been shipped, but are unable to give me tracking information. I just want my money back and they are refusing. Better Business Bureau will be contacted regarding these thieves. This place is a scam!!!!

I purchased shoes shoes December of 22. It is now February going into March 23 and still have not recieved them. I have reached out to this company and keep getting the same response about there carrier is overseas and so on. But manage to take my money. Beware of this company do not buy you will never get anything you ordered from them but they will TAKE YOUR MONEY.

If there were a way to give 0 stars, I would. My order was placed in December. The tracking info provided just says, "order placed". When I reach out to customer service, I get a generic response. I don't believe anyone actually gets shoes form these people.

DO NOT BUY FROM MLO. ordered mine on December 9th 2022and had a tracking number sent on the 16th of December 2022 when they for sure got there money from my credit card...(since )when I inquire about my shoes they have pre- arranged excuses they send me,oh its high volumes,oh there overseas, oh there in a third party's hands that we have no control of and so on (really) quit pissing in my ear and telling me it's raining ..on January 21st 2023 Clayton (clay) the owner sent me an email about how did I like my shoes. are you stroking me?i wrote there like 2 invisible clouds on my feet you can't feel or see them BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THEM!!!this place is a joke they don't even know who's receiving there shoes, and you would think the owner would help you out nothing doing....it's February 19, 2023 and still the order status gauge says ordered when I put in my bogus tracking number .today I came to the realization that I was ripped off do not let this happen to you get out of the house and go to the malls,shoe shops, ect...at least when you leave there you will have something tangible, and since covid I'm sure theese stores can use your help. save yourself a headache and a footache and buy something elsewhere

Placed an order Jan 15. It’s literally been a month and my shoes still haven’t arrived. Website says 9 business days max for standard shipping.
Ordered shoes for my sister Jan 16 and they came within a week.
If they’re out of stock don’t let me buy them. Or at least email me letting me know. I’m being generous with a 2 star considering I still haven’t got my pair.

Take too long to receive and I don’t get any updates

After 4 months, I contacted my card issuer and the New York AG office. Now MLO is saying my order ‘might’ have been lost. Waiting on my credit card Company to finalize and send my money back.
NEVER dealing with MLO again.

Similar experience to other posters here. Should have read here first, and heeded advice. Do not order from this company, you will not receive anything from them. I purchased 12/19/22, it is now 2/15/23, order has not shipped.

STILL NO PRODUCT OR REFUND. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have waited since early November 2022 (It is now February 2023) to receive merchandise from this company.
IMO, this company does not value their relationship with their customers.
While logistical problems have been an issue for every business of late MLO will not, DOES not take responsibility for their merchandise NOT showing up.
Their customer service will tell you- eloquently and politely- you will not be receiving a refund and you must wait until your merchandise arrives BEFORE they'll provide you with a refund link AFTER you ship the items back to them first. Read: "Take a hike, Sucker".

The items I did receive are NOT comfortable. They are design forward.

I believe MLO return policy to be unethical, not offering a refund for merch not delivered after 90 (99 in my case) days. The customer must pay with an open ended window as to when, if ever the shoes arrive.

This Company is a scam...take your money and never deliver your items

Delivery was way earlier than the estimated date given. Product arrived in superb condition. Shoes are astonishing and comfortable.
