This company is a scam. Not only is it a scam, the founder, Clayton Kanemitsu, BRAGS about how much money he makes from this fraudulent company. THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY SHOES, AND IT HAS BEEN A YEAR. Clayton needs to be subject to a civil suit and brought on criminal charges.

I ordered shoes April 2023, for my boyfriend as a birthday gift. It is now September 27, 2023, and I still have not received the shoes. I continuously email them. I cannot get a refund. I hope the shoes do arrive eventually.

DO NOT BUY. I purchased shoes over 90 days ago and have sent maybe 40 emails and the customer support is horrible and i haven’t received my shoes. ITS A SCAM!

This is the most horrible place to order shoes from. I ordered in June of 2023 and haven't received my money or shoes. I have asked for a refund over and over again. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from mlo company. There ought to be a lawsuit against this place for taking people's money.

Like many others, I was tricked into giving this company my money with seemingly no plan on their end to deliver any product to me.

On the shoe's main landing page where you pick your size, there is ZERO mention of the concept of "pre-production". NONE. It is the smallest gray fine print on the item once it is already in your cart. Clearly they are hoping you don't see it.

Beyond that, I've gotten products on pre-production before and they came with an expected production/shipping timeline estimate. It has been 6 full months since I placed this order, and every time I reach out to customer service they just say that I ordered a "pre-production" product and I'll get an email when it ships. Could be 6 more months, could be 6 years. I guess they just have carte blanche to call it "pre-production" forever and never actually make a product?

The intentionally misleading checkout process combined with the very shady and informationless responses from the support team lead me to believe that this company is either scamming people badly or collecting money to pay past debts and they are struggling to actually fulfill new orders.

terrible. ordered shoes 5 months ago. Did not send shoes. Refused to refund payment. customer service terrible.

This company is dishonest and takes your money without delivering the product! I ordered shoes for my son as a Christmas present in November, 2022, and it's now 9 months later, and they have never arrived! I contacted them repeatedly and asked for a refund, which they said they don't do. Also said they have no control over the shipping. The company needs to be shut down - DO NOT buy from them!!

Waiting 8 months (and counting) for my shoe order. Their terms and conditions state they don’t give refunds for delayed items. So, they’ve basically run off with the money I paid for the shoes. Don’t bother with them.

I ordered three pairs of shoes and only one shoe came and I asked customer service and they said they will handle it and after three months I still have net received the other two shoes or a refund and I’ve made multiple more complaints

Horrible company. They take your money and don’t ship the shoes. Order was place at the end of December and it is now 9 months later! Customer service just gives a generic response and they have never even provided a tracking number.

Ordered on 4/30/2023...order says unfulfilled and no actual updates on shoes everytime i email them...this company needs shut down. MLO is a scam. Can't get your money back, so someone really is making out well on these.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Received one and wrote an email for not receiving the other. It's been almost a year and still haven't received the other and they still keep a computer generated response every email

Shoes never delivered to me. After 8-10 emails, they keep saying the shoes were on their way and claimed they could not update tracking details due to the courier.

I placed an order for one pair of shoes in April 2023. The order never shipped out. Fast forward to the middle of May, the site was promoting the same shoes on sale, stating production would be complete June 1 for them to ship out. It is now August and still not shipped and they’re still saying mine are in production!! How is this possible. Nothing has been done to rectify this issue and I’m still waiting four months after ordering. I will never purchase from them again.

Waiting over half a year for shoes. They took payment, won’t refund, no tracking, etc. This company is trash. Going to reach out to my bank and hopefully they can get my money back.
