Poor renew journey...
When trying to renew (after logging in) basic information such as name, address etc was requested. This should be pulled from the account/ policy info.
Anak when trying to locate phone info from the policy (date of purchase etc), this was not stated on the policy document so had to be searched for again.
It would be so easy if you logged in, it said your policy has expired/is due to expire and then the option to renew was available in one click. Hoping this will be sorted if I renew again next year.

Quite disappointed with their…
Quite disappointed with their performance and the way they’ve handled my case. I actually had them in high regard as I’ve seen many positive reviews and they approved my claim.
However it’s been more than 3 weeks since my claim has been “approved” and still yet to receive my reimbursement. I’ve emailed them countless evidence of the damage to my phone and quotes to get it fixed which they’ve approved mind you. I’ve called them several times and emailed a dozen times.
What really agitated me was the phone handler told me she couldn’t help me with my case as she wasn’t the person handling it… what kind of excuse it that? I’m sure a functioning insurer will have a system with statutes and notes. They said they’ll get back to me, it’s now been several days and still radio silence.
I advise that you’re way more responsive and keep customers up to date. Also your phone handlers she really know what’s happening with all their cases, it’s inexcusable that I wasn’t seen to or any helpful information was communicated within 24 hours.
