A change in fortune
Nice company to deal with very pleasant on the phone etc! Unfortunately the mobility scooter I purchased when delivered wouldn't start ! They came to check out the problem couldn't start it so had to take it away , but left a different model as a courtesy ! It was cheaper version but I was quite pleased so said I'll take it at the cost I saw on Google, they matched it and I've got a new scooter , the difference in cost being refunded !

Good service and products
Scooter and accessories arrived promptly the day after ordered. DPD drver even carried the largest box into the house).
So far the scooter seems fine, and I can just manage to lift it in and out of the boot. Operates on Car Boot Sale fields mid length grass, which is good.

Disappointing service
Having contacted the manufacturers, Inwas advised that I had to place my order with a local retailer, so I contacted Mobility Co. Having spoken to them on a Saturday I was promised that the order would be placed the following Monday, thus guaranteeing delivery in time for the following weekend. In the event Inwas contacted late on Tuesday, and told the order would be placed on Wednesday, resulting in delivery too late for the weekend. Not happy, especially when they had been very helpful in the past.

MobilityCo are such an excellent company. They are very friendly and helpful. Each purchase I have made has been perfect with their help and advice. They put the customer first and want to ensure what they are selling is the right choice. Their working knowledge of the products is very good. They don’t just sell boxes.
Delivery is trouble free and prompt.
With all that in mind you would think they were more expensive than their competitors but the opposite has been true.

Perfect for my needs.
I purchased 2 walking sticks which were expensive, from another online company. They were described as have moulded hand rests and I was able to get them in a colour I liked. On receipt of them I saw that the moulded hand rests were quite narrow and there was not enough space for the heal of my hand. I gave them a go for a couple of weeks to see how I got on but no, they are not for me.
I really wish I had done more of a search and found this company sooner, my new sticks are perfect for my needs and literally the same as my physio set me up with years ago. Whilst it would be nice to have different colours to choose from, I am however, thrilled that they don't click 😁

Great service from James, I have just purchased a Wrangler Baja 2 through James at Mobility co, I had very tight time constraints on the order due to travelling. James managed to get the scooter delivered to my door within the time he stated and his knowledge of the product was first class. Very happy customer.

Great Company , this Co. was offering the best deal by far for a new TGA Breeze S4 Mobility Scooter ,but was offering only the 2 basic colours and I wanted Blue so rang in and spoke to a James Gray . he rang me back saying Blue was okey ( later the same day they were offering all 4 colours ) . James couldn't have been more helpful . opted for engineer delivery (£80) if it came with with any fault or I wasn't happy with it the engineer could take it back where as if it was a kerbside delivery it would be difficult . opted for the Battery upgrade . the engineer removed the seat and covers just so we could check it had the upgraded batteries ; it had . it came brand new on a pallet covered in the factory plastic and cardboard which was all taken away . really chuffed .
