Pleased with Pride Revo 2 and Mobility Direct service.
The service from Mobility Direct is excellent. Quick delivery with no damage to the packing. The scooter is packed so well you could drop it from an airplane with no damage!
I used it for the first time today on vacation. It comes apart easily and goes back together just as easy. With it assembled it fits width wise in the back of a Chevy Suburban. It maneuvers well and I was able to travel around town and in some stores with some tight spaces.
I am very pleased with the Revo 2.0.
I am 6’2” and weigh 345 # for a frame of reference.

The customer service and communication…
The customer service and communication was very poor. They gave Zero order status updates until the actual delivery date without me calling them on the phone and dealing with their poor phone staff. The item said it was in stock but it took 11 days for it to be shipped. I then had to wait another six days for delivery because they use the slowest shipping method available from UPS The part started working again on its own and when I tried to contact them to return it they charge 35% restocking fee. So I kept it because if it malfunctions again I will have the part but I will not be purchasing anymore items from Mobility Scooters Direct again because they don’t know how to communicate and send proper communication e-mails

Complaint after complaint.. same issue 3 times in 2 weeks....it's now 52 times lve had repair men out to my scooter.. l haven't had it 2 years yet ..they moan about giving you transport.. there quick to take your mobility payments..I've been told that many times to give them another chance ..l keep doing that over and over again I'm getting depressed..l only wanted a scooter to get about due to bad walking issues ..
when you never see anyone you want to get out not be stuck in your home...which is what's happened to me ..l don't like to be a prisoner in my home that's what's happened ..l don't recommend motabilty to anyone keep away from them that's the best solution

We thought we were going to have to buy a new scooter. However, after talking to a technician at your company we went with his suggestion to replace the speed potentiometer. The cost was under $100 and it works like new again. Thank you!

Great company to work with
This is a great company to work with. Their videos gave us a solid idea of what to expect, pros and cons. The customer service team answered questions thoroughly and also provided a discount from the list price (something we have found difficult to locate on Pride products). I have an EV transport scooter
I have an EV transport scooter. I lost my key and I ordered another set from this company. The key worked perfectly. Slid right in and powered the scooter. I was reluctant to buy but it was a great purchase. I even ordered a second one for a spare. Great product. 😊

We purchased a Golden Technology…Buzzaround Carry-On GB120
We purchased a Golden Technology Buzzaround Carry-on GB 120, and we couldn't be happier! You can't find better customer service agents either! Nowadays, good customer service is extremely hard to find. Before deciding on what to purchase, and where to get it, Mobility Scooters Direct is one of the places I called...with LOTS of questions. The gentleman I spoke to was so polite and patient with me. He answered every question with even more information than I asked, and he made sure I had absolutely no questions before we hung up. Since purchasing the scooter, they have contacted us twice, over a period of time, to make sure the scooter was working properly, and that we had no questions or problems. They are always so polite and kind.
As far as scooter, we have had no problems at all and it is working better than expected for a lightweight scooter. At a local amusement park, we expected to have to manually assist my husband on the scooter, to get up a couple hills. It took the hills with no problem at all! We also thought we would have to charge it during the day, but it looked like it still had a full charge at the end of the day. We are also pleased that it has an airline compliant battery, if we ever need to fly with it.
We are extremely pleased with the scooter, as well as the customer service!

Good communication and no problems with shipping. Taking apart the scooter was easy for transport. I wish it had came with a cover to protect my expensive purchase. I would recommend Mobility Direct for your purchase. Watch there videos on most models they sell.

Best move of my life
I was so excited to see the truck pull up. I had this gb220 put together in less than 10 minutes. Charged over night and couldn't wait to head out to our close by park with a lake. I put it in my Camry by myself. Easy peasy. I got my mobility freedom back instantly. It worked perfectly and now I'm zeroed in on state fairs and amusement parks. I'll use this in more states. I couldn't do this before as I can't walk that much. Thank you Mobility Direct for giving me my mobility freedom back. I'll be a client for life.

Needed a new scooter
We were looking for a scooter that was a bit more heavy-duty that the one we had - which had also stopped working.
We found that mobility direct had one that we'd seen online, so we stopped in. Not only was the young lady there super helpful on our purchase, she took in our old scooter and got it fixed under our warranty - which we hadn't been able to do on our own.
We don't live in southern Florida, but if you do and you need a mobility scooter, then you need Mobility Scooters Direct. No question about it.

Jazzy Ultralite chair
I purchased the Jazzy Ultralite chair in October, 2025. I had searched You Tube and other mobility device sites for an electric wheelchair. I have used a four wheel scooter for about 10 years. That worked well for me, but I wanted a way to be mobile with a smaller footprint and easier to transport in my cars. I selected the Jazzy chair after trying out several different chairs at local mobility stores. I found the Jazzy ultralight to meet my needs the best. I purchased it from Mobility Scooters Direct. It shipped quickly, and the set-up was easy.
I practiced using it around the house for a while to get used to maneuvering it around. We have taken it on a couple of trips in our car, and it is easy for my wife to lift it in and out. We recently went on a cruise. We flew to the city where the cruise ship sailed from. It was very easy to gate check the chair and have it there from us upon landing. The chair works great in crowded airport terminals. The security check was easy, and I did not have to get out of the chair to be passed through the checkpoint.
The chair has plenty of power reserve for my use. I have never run out of power even with the smaller battery (which you have to have to be able to use airplane transport). I recharge it when it gets a couple of light dots down on the charge meter.
I still use my scooter at large stores like Costco, since I can put a few small things in the basket.
Mobility Direct has been very helpful for me to get Information (especially their YouTube videos). Their pricing is also very good.
All in all, I am very pleased with this product.

I'm not sure who likes this Mobility…
I'm not sure who likes this Mobility Scooter more, Me or my 2 Dogs!! Before getting the Golden GB120 I could only walk my dogs a block and back before my legs would turn to rubber. Now I can walk them miles if I want to and both dogs are loving the outdoor exercise. I haven't done much else on the scooter yet but plan on getting out more. Mobility Direct was easy to work with and very helpful in helping me choose my new Ride! :o)
