Modern Bath House (MBH) - Terrible company; Terrible Customer Service. Ordered two "in stock" bathroom vanities for completion of bathroom renovation project. Credit account was immediately charged. Shipping "Tracking Number" provided by MBH has been inactive for two weeks. MBH never answers phone so I have been emailing back and forth with MBH for over a week. MBH represents that manufacturer has shipped and keeps telling me that the Tracking Number should be going live tomorrow. I have finally called the freight/trucking company which has advised that they never received any product from the manufacturer either addressed to me or bearing the "Tracking Number" provided. Not happy and losing confidence daily.

I had a horrible experience with Modern Bath House. I have ordered Virtu USA Midori 54 inch vanity on 11/20/2017. According the the website it was in stock and ready for shipment. The website also explicitly stated that: " it ships within a day or two. If the item is out of stock you will be immediately notified with alternative options, as well as the option to be refunded right away," After a week of waiting for delivery, I contacted Modern Bath House. There is no way to call them, the pre-recorded messages states that you need to send an email. I got a polite response with apologies and assurances that they will resolve the matter. Then nothing again.... After several emails initiated by me asking for status, on 12/5/2017 I got an email with shipping carrier and assurance that the order was shipped. No delivery. I emailed them again on 12/12/2017 asking for the status of shipment. The response was we don't know, contact Shipping Carrier Forward Air (!!!!). After waiting 30 min on hold, I finally got Forward Air representative on the phone. She took a tracking number and informed me that the package never made it to their dock, thus nothing to ship!!!! She told me to call the company again. Today is 12/20/2017 and I still don't even have an status of the item. None in the company seems to have any clue either. Here is their last email: "We apologize with this inconvenience.
We’ve been tracking our shipments regularly and as per the website tracking of ForwardAir, the package was indicated as picked up.
We are currently coordinating with Virtu USA and ForwardAir regarding the matter and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible." This was from yesterday, I send a request for update -- nothing!!!

Great vanity, terrific service, and unbeatable price. Could not be happier!

Packaging was great and love that it comes mostly assembled. Easy service and they even called us to make sure everything was good after was delivered. Great service.

Why do these people have a service number that answers with "We cannot take your call at this time"? How is this service? I ordered a vanity on 16 Oct 17 and it is now 6 Nov 17 with no sign of the vanity. They took the money immediately and there has been no communication since. I am very concerned at the lack of communication and of delivery. Am I ever going to receive the vanity? How can I know because there is no way to ask.

I was extremely satisfied with our purchase however the shipping time was a bit misleading. Overall I'd purchase from again!

EXCELLENT customer service! They answer emails almost immediately and do everything in the power to make things perfect. I had to contact them at least twice due to errors on my part and again when a shipment arrived with some damage. But they fixed my errors with no questions and are sending a replacement for the damaged item. I would have no hesitation in ordering again and again from these folks.

The product was damaged when we received it, but the customer service was good. They refunded my purchase for the damaged and sent me new parts for the other vanity that was damaged within 4 weeks. Overall the customer service is very good.

Vanity ordered was great and arrived safe. In fact was impressed with quality for the price. Issue was amount of time it took with no expected delivery date and none of the dates for showing up on tracking, to eventual stated arrival being met. Shipping company jumped through hoops but Modern Bathouse Folks seemed to be tripping over each other with different info coming from different people. Was told the issue was at the manufacturer so may be different depending on what is ordered.

MBH had exactly what I was seeking at the right price. Delivery was quick and no problems were incurred. Thanks

Their lack of communication is unacceptable.I placed my order at the end of May and the only information I have received is when I make numerous phone call and someone finally calls me back to this date I still have no idea were or when I will receive my order. If I don't hear anything by the end of the week I will be canceling my order.

I'm amazed at the solid construction of the vanity we ordered.

Very easy ordering process, tracking also very convenient. Delivered as expected. Nice product, however does not work due to dimensions, no fault of MBH. Personnel are working with us to facilitate the exchange. Very helpful so far. Recommend this business!

Ordered a bathroom vanity from Modern Bath House which arrived undamaged and as described from the website. Shipping took longer than explained on the website and little notice was given to arrange schedules with the driver. Overall the product is excellent; however, shipping communication could be improved.

I ordered two large vanities. They were wrapped very well and despite traveling across country, the tops, which were thin, did not crack. Only two complaints: it was a week before they shipped it and they didn't include any side splashes. Luckily, when I called they sent side splashes and they matched perfectly.
